Clear options, easy process. Hope the collars do not get stiff and brittle.
Collar seems soft and comfortable, although a little bulky. Overall very nice product, excellent service and very fair price.

We bought two dog collars one for each dog, but they were in different areas. The larger camouflage collar is waterproof as desired, put the pink camouflage was not, and we thought it would also be waterproof. Guess I should have read description more closely. We will be ordering another though, that is waterproof for the smaller dog she doesn't stay wet around the neck during the bird hunts.

I just received a collar a few days ago for one dog and absolutely loved it! Ordering again for the other dog because his current collar is on its last leg and I'm super excited about this one! Very affordable while also being cute!

Only complaint is the website is a little glitchy on a mobile device. Product selection as well as pricing is unbeatable.

Your website is not very user friendly. I accidentally selected 2 of the same collars and it wouldn't allow me take one off so I had delete my whole order and start over

Always on time . Love the blankets just wish the numbers were a little closer together on double digits. Had a little mishap on one number that the first number was a little tilted but they discounted the next order and tried to help. I took picture and sent to show it was a little off and tilted but they apologized and seen the mistake and corrected on next order .

I've called numerous times about a discount with no call back. So i bought the 30 collars and 20 slide on tags anyways. I don't like this, but I need the supplies.

Thanks for getting my order to me sooner than expected! My dogs love these collars. Orange with reflective strip. These collars are well made and tuff. I especially like being able to see where my dog is in the dark with their reflective collar.

I would like to have been able to choose split rivets with my tags when it gave an option of long rivets or regular. I would have preferred split rivets.

size of Lupine collar for Invisible Fence receiver should have been listed on product page. I had to enter into a chat to learn they will go as small as the distance between the posts and as large as 26". Hope that's right.

Instead of the metal plate replace it with custom stitch work embedded into the collar itself allowing more flexibility is a thought. The one I got from you guys was amazing unfortunately my dog was slightly too small to wear it was to hefty and the connector pieces always made the collar point downward no matter what way you tried to turn it.
