I bought a present for my wife over a week ago. I have no idea when it will arrive but it needs to make it here in 5 days or else I need to find something else. The website FAQ says some items can take months to get to you. I just want a tracking information on my package so I know. I understand it can take time, but more information would be nice. Also, I should not get the "rate your experience" email until I have actually received my order. Otherwise my "experience" is that I just paid a lot of money and have nothing to show for it.

First, did not know product was coming from china. When product did not work properly being told I have to ship product to France in order to get a refund. Shipping will cost more than product. Very deceptive.

I ordered two items at the same time on 9/6/18, I received confirmation and a shipping number for one item on 9/7/18 and received the item on 9/20/18. Fantastic. Return/refund policy is 24 hours for a change of mind, but after 24 hours only if the item has not been processed or shipped. However on the other hand, On 9/8/18 I requested that the second order be cancelled and refunded immediately. That was at 3:41 a.m. I received an email 8 minutes later 3:49 a.m. saying that it had just been processed. Then I received a response at 4:11 a.m. from Patrick (Head of Customer Service) stating that the order had shipped the previous day 9/7/18. Yet the tracking number shows that it did not ship until Sept 8th at 7:56 P.M.! There has been no activity since 9/10/18. This is disheartening. Now I'm stuck in Limbo with no refund and a product that isn't shipping.
