I ordered a jacket on February 27,2017. I called last week inquiring about delivery. Was told "It is being shipped today". Today is April 12th... Still no sign of my jacket... Of course my credit card was charged back on February 27... First and last time dealing with this company.

I recently ordered a 14K gold St. Florian charm for my son who was graduating from the fire academy. I purchased the item online and selected the 3 day shipping to make sure to get it in time for graduation. I received a phone call from customer service ( about the time the item was supposed to arrive in the mail) who said the website shipping information was wrong and I would not be able to get the item for 2 weeks. I reluctantly agreed and told them to continue with my order and ship it when they could. A few days later I received a call again at which time they told me the price listed was wrong and I would have to pay a higher rate. The listed price was 212.00. They stated the new price would be near 400.00 dollars. What? They gave the excuse that they had not updated the prices on the website. If they are not sure of the prices then who is? Is this a bait and switch? Needless to say I cancelled my order. There are plenty of other companies out there selling firefighter memorabilia and apparel. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this group.
