I have been taking OurBus for five moths. The drive is good. The driver Bob, very good, Unfortunately Rally Inc, with no explanation, has discontinued its 6 am Boston- NY Port Authority route. It has cancelled several routes between September and December 2023. It has no routes listed at all from Jan 2024. On the other hand, it has been pushing its several trip packets where once you pay there is no refund. Most patrons do not know this pull back unless they start checking each date. What would I do buying a pack for $ 100 assuming I will get the same bus I take, to have it withdrawn?. Why does Rally Inc promote its pack when it has CANCELLED THE BUSES? DISHONEST PRACTICE.
