I ordered a dress and it was way too big. I asked to send it back for a refund or exchange. I paid $38 for the dress and they offered me $3 to keep it because they said shipping was too expensive. Why keep a dress that I can't fit? I will never again purchase from this company. I advise whoever reads this to steer away from purchasing anything from them...

I've been trying to contact them and having all kinds of problems, yes they took my money fast. I'm still waiting on my dress, I still a little over a month to go before my wedding. Lord I pray I don't have no problems.

Never Again!. They took money fast but they sent me dress not made for human. Omg. I sent them msg where I have to return the dress... no respond... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. U WONT WEAR THE DRESS.NOT MADE FOR HUMAN

Do not believe Our-dress's return policy.

The dress I received is uwearable for reasons too many to list here, including colour, workmanship, size. They will not entertain my request to return the dress (at my expense) for a full refund.

For a couple of weeks, they responded to my emails by simply restating their return policy without addressing my concerns. In retrospect, think that this was a deliberate tactic (successful as it turned out) to run down the 45 day window for lodging a dispute with PayPal.

They eventually discounted the obvious problems with the dress in the pictures I provided as being due to the lighting. They offered me a US$15.00 refund and kindly suggested that I can keep the (unwearable) dress!

I have now noticed that there are no negative reviews on their website. I posted one, along with pictures, but it never appeared. The 'reviews' are all customer questions, not customer feedback. I'm sorry that I did not notice this before I ordered.

I'm happy for those of you who have received satisfactory products from Our-dress, but be aware that if you are dissatisfied, you seem to have a 0% chance of being fully refunded.

I strongly suggest that you do not deal with this company. Good luck to you if you choose to ignore this advice!

Poor Attention, failure to deliver the dresses as specified and lately not able to reimburse the money are just SOME of the problems I had whit this so called dressim.com company.

After requesting two same fabric dresses for a wedding party which they were unable to deliver. I request my money back refusing any exchange.
After several attempts and a long period of time they first claim that no body except the boss can process that refund and we have to wait. Two months later they now said the refund is to late so they can no reimburse the money

We got no dress neither the money.! YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISE DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE
