It has worked perfectly for our needs-mainly, it being able to fit through a narrow bathroom door. My father weighs approx. 215 lbs., so it is a little bit of a squeeze when he gets into or out of the chair. However, that is a minor issue since he is not very ambulatory, and it was becoming much more difficult for him to take the few steps from door to toilet. This chair has been great.

I purchased 3 items. This site stole the money. Their customer service # isn't working and their contact customer service emails aren't real. They're based out of India and running a scam. Buyer Beware. Don't purchase from them.

Bought a wheelchair for my mom from OTC Deal and they immediately charged my credit card and their order tracking just kept showing "in Progress". Called and learn it would ship in 5-8 days. Nothing happened and called again. They cancelled my order and told refund in 2-3 days. Nothing happened. Had to work through my credit card company to dispute their charge and get a refund. So they take your order, hold your money and don't ship what was noted as in stock. Terrible experience for me and mom has to wait longer to get a wheelchair that I ordered from Amazon.

Tip for consumers:
I can't recommend OTC Deal based on my bad experience.

My card was renewed this year. My 1st year. I called and activated the card and was told to destroy the old card. I did. Took a bus twice, cost me 10 dollars. Got what I needed only to be embarrassed at the checkout when the card didn't work. I've tried the number in the back only to be left in hold for over 30 minutes. So now what? Who's gonna pay me for my time and out of pocket costs as well as A NEW CARD THAT WORKS!

I ordered over $100 worth of supplements. I received one bottle out of four. Disputed the shipment and OTC deal refused to refund the difference. Don't order from them. Their phone number listed on the website does not work. This site is a scam.

Contacted just before Christmas. Was assured would receive by end of year. Phone calls after new year were not returned. Status still "in progress" for 3+ weeks. Not sure if this is scam site or not. My opinion seems to be going in that direction. I guess attorney general of state is next contact step if owners won't update status or respond. Ironically, they do process payments quickly. Be careful with this site.

I placed an order for Twinlabs Pancreatin as shown available (in Stock) on their site on 12/23/19. Card was charged immediately - however - it was not a Visa charge (with which I paid), but for some reason PayPal charge, and in the email with order it was saying: Paid by PayPal. Order was never shipped, my email was listed as non-existing in their system (despite I received at least 5 emails from their service saying that my order is on backorder (how could they charge money in that case?). And then - that order is being processed (at least twice). Finally I registered on their site again - and on the tracking of this order received final response that ORDER IS CLOSED... Money were gone on 12/24, today is January 18, no money, no order. STAY AWAY! Because the phone is not working either!

I ordered a replacement for our nebulizer. It was dropped the night before. I asked for overnight service and a week later I have not received the product. The UPS website show I should receive it in a few days. Thank goodness we have not had to use it in the past week.

This company has written me at least 10 times asking me to change my review and it is very strange that after giving them a Very Bad review of worst ever. I have suddenly start receiving calls from a pharmaceutical l company asking me if I want to reorder male enhancing pills. I get this call 4 and 5 times a day. I am in a time zone difference area so it is 3 and 4 am for me.

Don't do business with this company. Their website is not secured, they don't send a confirmation email after placing your order, and their customer service "chat" window is a fraud. Upon closer inspection of the website, which appears to be legit, I find all kinds of signs that it is a scam operation.

Ordered a mattress from this company somewhere near Dec 5th. Was informed 2 days later that mattress was no longer made. They offered a upgraded mattress for the same money. I could never get that mattress shipped to me. Finally told them to cancel order. They told me it would ship on the 23rd of Dec and would receive it by the 25th never happened. Finally they cancelled the order on 1/3/17 and said they would credit my card and should receive the credit within 24-48 hours as of today it has been 144 hours not including weekend. Other reviews I read have had same issue. I usually read reviews of companies but didn't do it on this one. Mistake I won't make again. Won't recommend this company

I still have not received my order that I placed 6 weeks ago. No one answers the phone (not a valid number) or email or chat. I hate this place and would never recommend it to my worst enemy.

No response to questions/calls. Customer support information and 'warehouse' is an address pointing to a tiny office by a foreign IT sweatshop... basically they created a fake storefront to take your money.

I ordered two bottles of Liquid Collegen +C on October 19,2016. They say it will ship in 24 - 48 hours, this is now 8 days and it still hasn't shipped. Called the number on the site, a lady told me that my order should arrive between 7 - 10 days from my order placement, but yet she was contacting the shipping department to have it shipped out as the item is and has been in stock all this time. When I asked again then if my order will be to me within 3 days, she said she would have to talk to the shipping department about expediting the order. Now mind you, my Credit Card was charged on October 21st. I know I will never order from this company again and I recommend anyone else look the other way unless you can wait 6 months for an order to arrive.

If you opt to order from this company, call them every day to make sure your order ships.

I ordered Diflucan, which is brand name antifungal fluconazole, it never was indicated that I would get sent anything but Diflucan. But instead got sent a generic I'd never even heard of (Eradicom, which has very little literature about it on the internet). Why would I want to take the one I've never heard of? I was still charged for the Diflucan.

I shop online a few times a week. I happened to order a lipgloss from this site. Unfortunately I got the wrong color. I contact them right away and for over 2wks I have been trying to call them and resolve the issue. Rachel told me that she'll take care of that&send me the right color lipgloss. When I called to find out when I should get the item finally a guy told me that they are out of that item. Pretty much there was nothing they could do. I kept calling every day over 10 phone calls just to get hold of someone. I know it's only $9 lipgloss but it's truly frustrating to know that some sites are taking advantage of buyers and literally are scamming them. SHAM! First&last time shopping at this site. If you want something cheaper-shop on EBay/Amazon. Save your money&time. Bad experience.

Ordered items that were never shipped but they charged my card. They dont answer their phones and dont respond to emails. They lied to me and said the items were shipped and they never were.

On Saturday, June 4th, I placed an order for 3 items from this site. I've never bought anything from them before but it looked legit. The website says all orders are shipped within 48 hours, M-F, 8am to 5pm. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business day. The bill was taken from our account on Monday, June 6th. As of Tuesday, June 14th, I had not received my package. I checked online and my order was still "processing". I called the help number listed on their site. I talked to a person who could barely speak English. He assured my my package would be sent out the following day, June 15th. I told him I'd call back if it was not. June 15th, my items were still "processing". I called back and again talked to someone who barely spoke English. I explained the issue and demanded to talk to his manager and to receive reimbursement since the company didn't uphold it's policy. I was told he would talk to his manager and call me back the next day, June 16th. I never received a call back. I have tried calling them numerous times within their stated business hours but to no avail. I have left a phone message, contacted them via their email address as well as left a message on their instant messaging option on their website. I have received no reply. Since then I have searched online and found I'm not the only one who has been taken by this company.

UPDATE:
As you can see, someone from OTC has replied to my review... don't buy it! They messaged me and said they refunded me for my purchases... they gave a list of things I never ordered, refunding me less than half of what I purchased. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They only responded and made it look like they were fixing the problem so they can continue to scam people. Look at the reviews... everyone that gives a bad review of not receiving their order, they say is because "those items were out of stock". Is everything out of stock? DON'T BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!

UPDATE: I did email them... several times, also instant messaged and called them... to no avail. No one would answer me about the problem I had. They never refunded me the money. Don't believe them...
