So not good news as usual with Linux! 1. I checked your flash drive for errors after it loaded with the screen menu, 7 found but no way to identify. Don't you check for errors before shipping? 2. I decided to install it onto a new SSD anyway, after installed & restart I got a screen filled with rubbish writing but could see 'Unable to mount root unknown block (2)' at the bottom 3. Obviously no way to power off apart from mains. 4. restarted & it appeared to boot correctly but when I tried to CHECK software drivers installed it would not accept my password saying either 'incorrect password or failed to run mint install as user root. I am not a programmer nor wish to spend any more hours with these problems so I guess a refund is in order? OK since above & I sent yu 2 emails I'm stll waiting a reply over a week later? Edit
