These sandals are so comfortable and I can actually wear sandals again with my planner fasciitis. I only wish they had more size fives.

I love the support that is provided by Orthotic shoe, and the fit is very good.

Was relatively easy. At the checkout it gave me a little of problem but once I created the account with the store it ran with ease.

I haven't tried my slippers but I'm really excited to get them. Also if I'm unsatisfied could you send me a return lable?

Software awkward at form of payment. Had to come out and go in 3 times because I missed the ccv number and fop would not show.

New to site. Took awhile to figure out instructions for the foot size chart. Where is the fold crease?

I had a problem with the shoes different color, left was one color and right another. Called and was immediately sent right shoes, perfect! Unfortunately I have not gotten out to send the bad ones back. Highly would consider purchasing from them again.

Pretty good. I'm a little unsure about the purchase since reviews said they run wide and the chat feature requires facebook, which I don't have, so I couldn't ask and it's too late to call and it's Memorial Day and I would lose my coupon if I waited for tomorrow, so I just ordered and risked having to exchange or return them. Wish you had a more direct chat system.

I am likely to purchase another pair of slipppers soon if these fit well and are comfortable to wear in the house during the day all day as I cannot go without shoes. Hope my feet will get happy

Website worked good. Was a little disappointed in not finding the side width available in several styles. I was looking for ones that specialize in Plantar Fasciitis.

Checkout was tricky using PayPal. I had to try three times to get it to take me to the site. I clicked two times where nothing happened.

Your site is totally screwed up! Right now, I'm filling out your questionaire OVER my order receipt -- they cannot be separated! Also, it took me 3 times to get your site to recognize my coupon and twice, the site locked up when I got on the mens' slippers page. You should be pleased that I decided to perservere!!!

I was looking for a thin orthotic and I found one. Ordered it and it was delivered within a week. I wish I could have given a 5 star, but I couldn't wear them due to they weren't comfortable

So far my slides(KIWIU) seem to give me the support I need to wear around the house all day, especially during COVID.

for some reason it rejected my VISA card. More importantly, there was no explanation of width sizes.

I rated you a 4 Star because I just found this site while searching for SAS shoes and I just ordered the shoes. I have not received anything as of yet. Maybe you should think about doing the survey after the customer have received their merchandise-makes much better sense to me as s new customer. I truly hope I will be 100% satisfied then I will be more than happy to rate you with a 5 STAR - thank you for taking time out to read this positive feedback.

The site might look like it was designed in the 90s, but it works, and they ship to Canada with reasonable shipping costs. Love it!
