Love the beautiful selection, quality and comfort of these wonderful sandals! Who would suspect they are also wonderful for my arch support? Amazing prices, selection and quick and easy delivery options! I will definitely keep coming back for more!
(As others noted) was not impressed in quality (Propet Blizzard boots) and when requested a return it was like 'taking blood' and they must be anemic since they gave me nothing but a hassle trying to acquire the refund. Repeated emails that took weeks and twice they tried to tell me they credited my card (and did not). After further pressing they actually told me there was a problem w/ 'my' payment and when I asked why didn't they tell me this up front (more jibber jabber). Finally (when I called) they informed me they would need to 'send me a check' (which took even more time) to finally reach me. SHADY outfit! FYI in my view many of their '5 star reviews' look professionally written (they do that for a fee). Best save your money (and blood pressure) and shop elsewhere.
The specifics were very hard to get for everything! I used Amazon to the information I needed and read more reviews on the pediatric inserts.
My husband has ordered in the past and was very happy. I, on the other hand, had a different experience. Almost everything that I was interested in was out of stock. Tried calling customer service and there was no answer!

Plus, I am constantly having trouble logging in. The system keeps rejecting my saved login and password information (I have at least three different). It only allows me to log in using my Facebook page. That's weird!
i had trouble first couldnt log in then the mouse was giving me trouble, I had troubled w/the computer not your program, if it didn't work this time I would give up but it worked.
Sometimes I have problems ordering from your site. I order items from the web a 5-6 times a month and do not have many problems. I have been trying to order these shoes for about a month and have had a problem with the reward code. The same code was given to me in many emails and never worked. Today I waited 5 minutes for the order verification which didn't come so I reloaded the page and re-entered the CC data and it came back in a few seconds.
Encountered a web error after purchase: Print Order confirmation page blocked by this survey, which in overlaid on the invoice and it wouldn't let me print the confirmation page. Please fix it.
I rec'd 1pr of black/gray spenco sandals. I called after 5 days to inquire on other 2 pr and was informed they were cancelled due to no stock. NO ONE contacted me to tell me this even after I rec'd an email telling me the shoes were out of stock. I inquired when they would be back in stock and they didn't know??

I've had issues with the website the last few days - I would see what I wanted but when I clicked on it, the shoe would look the same, but the name would be different and the price about doubled.
I was sent a 10% off coupon to my email for subscribing. Tried several ways to add it a checkout but it would never accept it. Just gave up.
It wouldn't accept my CVC code three times, so I used another card and it took 5 minutes to confirm.
Checkout should've been quicker, easier. System wouldn't let me create an account, wouldn't take my email.

I received several error messages when trying to complete my purchase. One was for my email and password, which it wouldn't accept. The other said my zip code was invalid. It wasn't!
The filters do not set and have to be redone several times. Lots of good shoes but the hassle makes it almost not worth it.

It was a little difficult to understand the difference between he various products and how to order the customer products.
I would appreciate it if you would hire another staff person or two so that customer service reps are more readily available to answer questions. The reviews from other customers are very difficult to access, and the coupon which was offered before submitting the order, did not go through, so I had to include it as a request in the comment section of the order. Your products are good, however!
The individual responding to your customer message board was not helpful, and left the conversation before I was finished trying to get help.
My 8 year old daughter wears AFOs and has extremely wide feet. There are only 2 shoes that fit her and she really doesn't like either of them. She can get the yellow high tops on but it's takes her longer then putting shoes on should and the white one can't really be used for outdoor play. I spent hours looking on other sites for her but there is nothing so we have no choice but to order the same 2 pairs of shoes every year.
site was unstable, moved around a lot, page arbitrarily moved up and down.... may have been my laptop but don't think so. getting discount code was torture then it just popped up at end. Don't understand difference between ground and standard shipping, both free but what's the diff? also never, ever use PayPal due to horrible experiences with them previously. Glad you took Amazon pay or wouldn't have bought shoes.
Selections are confusing. No information about which products have moulds to fit my feet vs other "custom insoles" that are a lot cheaper and don't I presume have moulds
My follow-up calls went unanswered after speaking to a rep about sizing. one ticket claimed the phone # works between normal business hours. hoping this internet purchase goes well.
