Love the beautiful selection, quality and comfort of these wonderful sandals! Who would suspect they are also wonderful for my arch support? Amazing prices, selection and quick and easy delivery options! I will definitely keep coming back for more!
(As others noted) was not impressed in quality (Propet Blizzard boots) and when requested a return it was like 'taking blood' and they must be anemic since they gave me nothing but a hassle trying to acquire the refund. Repeated emails that took weeks and twice they tried to tell me they credited my card (and did not). After further pressing they actually told me there was a problem w/ 'my' payment and when I asked why didn't they tell me this up front (more jibber jabber). Finally (when I called) they informed me they would need to 'send me a check' (which took even more time) to finally reach me. SHADY outfit! FYI in my view many of their '5 star reviews' look professionally written (they do that for a fee). Best save your money (and blood pressure) and shop elsewhere.
After adjusting the Cart quantity, I filled in the Billing Information, and noticed the Cart Quantity was not corrected - After changing the Cart Quantity again and filling in the Billing information again, I saw the spinning circle of death. -> Got out of your site, went back in with better success.
Hard time getting the site to accept the data I entered even though it was right. I've had the same zip code for over 20 years and it said it was invalid. So I had to keep going back and it took 10 mins to order.
It is annoying how your survey appears on top of my receipt so that I am unable to print my receipt. Recommend this be changed.

During checkout I kept getting an error on my zip code however the zip code was correct. I looked up my +4 code to add to it thinking that might be the problem. Still getting error code. I kept trying and trying re-entering data until I finally got through. Must be a glitch.
I bought a dog shock collar and it came the next day, and was really cool! Then I bought three other dog training items, and it took about 2 weeks, or a week and a half to get it, and was a nightmare to order due to all the stuff spread out over the whole site, and everything was really hard to order. Then I bought a dog sweat shirt for my dog, and I was really specific about what size would fit my dog based on your specifications, and it did not come even close to the right size. Now I have to send it back, and go through the awful ordering problems I had last time. I tried for a half an hour to get the site to sell me a pink shirt for my Daughter's dog for Christmas, and my computer savey Daughter couldn't even get it to work. My advice? Well, bring someone into your multi billion dollars outfit, and have them show you how to make your site serve your customers needs.
Selection was fine but the purchasing was terrible. Had to reload the order four times and even change browsers.

If a shoe size isn't available, give a time limit when it will be. My size was not available the day before so I was gonna go to a another site. But i just so went back to this one and now my size is available
I have purchased before and always good quality products and service. This time was about to finalise payment when I noticed a freight charge of $1010. 00 for one pair of shoes and one pair of slippers to Australia. I questioned this and was told via their ‘Chat' thing, that this had been set to stop sending items overseas! As I have ordered and had goods sent from US in past few months with no problems, I sent an email to ask for clarification.
Then they just refused to answer me! Totally rude and not a good look for this company.
I shall NOT be buying from them ever again, and will not recommend them to anyone I know from now on.

Your site advertised a 15% sale for Cyber Monday that ended up not applying to my selection. I felt duped in spite of the small print stating that there would be exclusions.
I was offered temper cent discount and then when I put in the code it would not be accepted. I did not like that
I was unable to apply facebook coupon (foot12) as advertised on facebook for a 12% discount. Also unable to place order on mobile or desktop due to a recurring error message (card info was correct, same as a previous order), and I had to use the same card info via PayPal to get it to work. Also mobile view of the site is awful. In my previous order, an advertisement was overlaid on my order confirmation. I'm only a return customer because this the only place I've been able to find this particular shoe style in the right size. It's a shame the customer experience is so lousy, because the product is great.

Hard to get on ur website w/member email even after get total amount set. Then tried to sign in to earn membership point it's like playing musical chairs. Either get discount or earn member points. Can't get both ha ha.

I've had great success with the shoes I've purchased. Improvements in the search engine, adding the ability to make more refinements (such as style of shoe, like oxford or t-strap) would be helpful. Also, I persistently am unable to use the discount codes emailed out and must contact the admin to get a code that works.
We have 125 apts. Here and this package is delivered on time in the building. But was placed on a table for anyone to pick up. Was not put in the LUXOR for only me to retrieve or at my apartment door. Some drivers will put in LUXOR and some not... Either they are toooo busy or not instructed correctly. Now looking for another supplier that handles your product. As I will soon need another pair.
Checking out was not smooth. Pop ups would come up not showing anything, then close on their own. Then, when the main page came back up it was unclear what I was supposed to do next. At one point when I thought I had completed payment via PayPal, that popup closed and it took me completely to the main page of your site, with the shopping cart icon showing my items still in the cart.

the shoes that i have bought in the past and the new shoes i just purchased are wonderful for how they work with my feet. i do love them. however i wish they were more stylish sneakers more leather or washable design for women pastels something. so plain!!! im young I want something with that WOW FACTOR. not enough white design.
Because I live in Canada, I incorrectly assumed that cost would be in Canadian vs US currency, so paid more than advertised. Looks like you're appealing to international consumers so posting somewhere that the cost is in US$ would be helpful.
