I ordered my items on Monday and received them on Friday including personalized items. I ordered an hourglass and it was even prettier than the picture.

My order was delivered surprisingly fast! Everything I ordered was just as promised and very high quality! I will definitely order again!

I bought some things from this website about two weeks before my son's first birthday party. The package stated it was delivered but never actually made it to my home. As a mother who is throwing a birthday party in now 3 days... I contacted them and they re shipped my item for delivery before the Saturday party! Oriental trading not only saved this momma's sanity, but saved a birthday party! 10/10 recommend to anybody and everybody!

This website is awesome has a lot of the unique items I am looking for plus they have promo codes and free shipping and beat some of the other sites I was looking at! I had a little issue and CSR offered to refund me for the item and keep it and/or have a certificate, but I just kept item as some of their stuff comes from other suppliers or stores and the issue would come the same so they were very nice and the resolution provided was great. I have been wanting to order from here for years and finally got to do it on my favorited items :p

I have ordered from this company many times for various crafts, gifts items and so on. Never had an issue. However I recently order three tropical tumbler glasses for an upcoming trip, 1 of the tumblers shipped had the straw broken off, I emailed customer service, within the hour they replied I had a choice to receive a credit or they will ship a new one at no charge! I could not believe it. This day in age customer care and service is lax so I am VERY happy with Oriental Trading in their products and service. A WIN WIN for all. Thanks

I ordered some items through Oriental Trading, and as soon as I got the shipping notification I realized I accidentally had it shipped to my OLD address. I called and talked to Jag in Guest Relations and he got in touch with UPS but they weren't able to reroute it, so he reshipped the entire order to me free of charge! And it was my error! So generous. I didn't expect such great service from a company that sells such low-cost items. Thank you!

I have never dealt with such helpful individuals. I'm in customer service and the level of customer service the employees of Oriental Trading is AMAZING! I had two separate issues and they took care of me with easy, no hassle, understanding and with such speedy resolutions. I didn't have to over explain, talk to a line of people, wait a million hours to get an answer. I think both times I was on the phone with a rep it took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Oriental Trading has become my go-to site lately. I have always heard of them, and enjoyed browsing their catalogs many years ago. Earlier this year was my first purchase with them, and... well lets just say that was in February and right now as of mid-June, I have placed (at least) 6 orders. The selection is amazing, customer service fantastic and the price and quality can't be beat! I was even more amazed at the fact that they sent me someone else's order recently, and not only did they expedite my missing items, but they also allowed me to keep (or donate--their words, not mine) the other order. Customer service is fast and so very kind. I wouldn't dare spend my money elsewhere.

My package arrived 10/26 and was stolen off my doorstep. Called Oriental Trading Company 10/29 and the replaced my order free of charge and sent it overnight just in time for Halloween! Thank You Oriental Trading Company!

My order of of 6 different sets of items was placed on 12/5/16 and was shipped out thru UPS Surepost on 12/6/16. It was scheduled to arrived by 12/12/16, but I actually received it on 12/9/16! This was my first time ordering from Oriental Trading Company and I am very impressed with the entire process. The items I received were exactly as shown online and the shipping was super quick! I will definitely be happy to order from them again!
