My 11yr old and I ordered her Halloween costume from this website 10 days before Halloween (it wasn't available in any stores). My daughter choose to spend her own money to upgrade delivery, so it would arrive 4 days ahead of the 31st. The day after expected delivery we checked our shipping confirmation and tried to track the order. The confirmation said UPS but UPS had no tracking order matching that. After calling customer service, they told us it was actually Fed Ex and they showed it was in route. That evening after still no delivery, I checked the Fed Ex site and couldn't find any documentation past that it was scanned and left the warehouse. I called yet again, inquiring the whereabouts and the customer service agent said she called Fed Ex and it was on the truck and they were running late on deliveries and she was hearing from other customers that they were delivering as late as 9 PM. Finally, yesterday I had enough and called again. After speaking with 3 different agents and getting the same run around even from each one's supervisor, I FINALLY got the story that it was a lost package and they weren't even sure if it had left the warehouse! With having 2 days until Halloween I asked for them to contact the warehouse and have one overnight delivery to us, the response was that would never happen because they had to package them in the order received and we would be too late for them to get one out to us and besides they found that costume was SOLD OUT! Furious is an understatement for how I feel. To have an 11 year old SOBBING because of this debauchery after doing everything right is heartbreaking. Thanks for taking the Boo in Halloween and making it Boo Hoo! I will tell anyone who will listen what a S#%T company this is!
