a chat option popped up as I was checking out asking if I had any questions. So I did ask a question which I waited and waited and never got answered. When I went back to finish checking out had to enter my billing information all over again. Please do not pop up asking someone if they have questions and then not be there to answer them!!

I placed an order last week, but when it arrived, 2 of the same items were not included. I was deducted the cost of the 2 items, but I was not notified and no reason was ever given. I would have ordered this product last week had I know the others were unavailable. Thank you.

When I received the package, the inside was wet due to leakage of the Rosee Visage Toner. When I contacted the company, they responded very quickly and said that they would replace the item. Thank you.

The fonts for the Brand names could be tweaked, on the website! This font tweakmwould be more user friendly!

On the top of the opening page you list -Sale Code Love 15. When I used that code, nothing happened. Then I was told I must have $200 in the cart, which I did have. Then told to use Code love18 lower case. This worked to receive the discount. I think your announcement about a sale and code discount should have been made clearer.

For some reason, every time your website came up for order information, I got a warning about phishing from your website. Data on delivery was very inconsistent once items shipped. Was originally supposed to arrive by June 11-18. Then receive notification that it would arrive on June 7th, then the 8th and it got here on the 10th which was great, but confusing when expecting it on different dates. Product is wonderful and price was right and free shipping was fantastic, though so I would order from your business again.

Just glad to have found you to order my skincare products from as I was led to believe I had to buy from my aesthetician.

So far the experience has been great. The online chat even was a wonderful support as well when needing to eliminate some products that may not be right for you. Loved the samples I got, all the same brand as what I ordered.
