We ordered from this website 2 weeks ago. Our shipment has been sitting at a FedEx warehouse for a week, with no updates on delivery and no delivery date scheduled or even pending. Organic Life Start refuses to give us a refund. They refuse to cancel and return shipment. They keep telling me, thank you for being patient, we hope they will deliver it one day. Nothing. $160 we spent and they are telling us it's out of their hands and it's our problem now. Don't buy anything if you really need it, because there's a good chance you won't receive it.

My daughter gave birth to bouncing baby girl, and I wanted to give her a present that she would love but I couldn't think about anything. I thought about buying her baby milk but with multitudes of choices I don't know what to choose. Me and my husband visited our grand daughter and I had a talk with my daughter while my husband played with the child. My daughter told me that she bought milk for her baby already so I had to change my mind about giving her milk as a gift. After a few weeks, my grand daughter started having red blotches on her skin that made us all worried. It turns out she had an allergic reaction to the formula my daughter bought. For days, my grand daughter just kept crying. I once more started looking for milk but I couldn't be too sure because of what happened so I spent a great deal of time in front of the computer. I found Holle and it's so far the best out of the other milk I saw online so I bought a single can just to try it out. We were skeptical at first because like I said we can't be too sure. We started feeding the baby small amounts of formula and waited for a reaction but there was no reaction at all, my grand daughter seems to like it, she is now 4 weeks into Holle and she's very happy about it as well. My daughter and I are thankful that we didn't have to go through the same pain when it comes to milk. I'm just so so happy that my grand daughter is healthy, and she loves her milk.

I live in Colorado, and the store where I previously ordered my formulas took a very long time before I received them. Usually, my orders would get to me in 2 weeks, maybe the shortest that I can remember was 8 days. Imagine that! So I was SO impressed when I received my first order from them - I got it in just 4 days. Since then, I would never have to worry about running out of HiPP formula again for my baby. I tried a variety of HiPP formulas to see which one my baby would like the most.
