The Store manager in Graham, Texas has the attitude of a rattlesnake. Most of the other personnel try but he does his best to run customers off

Hi I'm loyal customer for years I wanted to return items with receipt from day before thinking i would get cash back I needed gas to get to work I expected that money he retired it to my chime debt. Card so I asked him how long cashier tells me right now or any minute two days later no money and I ran out of gas coming home I'm 61 yrs old I don't trust this at all now I'm still waiting for MY MONEY BACK DAYS LATER

I.). A) Look for and find my auto part online. B) select store. C.) Great! In-stock... ready for pic-up in one-hour. Price: $19.99 d) Decided to log out and go to that location which is about 1/2 mile away.
And...
II.). A.) They would have to order it for $51.99 plus shipping fees... Hu? B.) It will arrive in 12-Days. Hu? C.) ME: I'll think about it. I'll shop around online... Clerk: Okay sir.
III.) a.) Look for and find my auto part online. B) select store. C.) Great! In-stock... ready for pic-up in one-hour. Price: $19.99. The End.

We've bought several brand new parts that were bad had to take back. That's gas n wear n tear on my vehicle plus the parts aren't cheap at all!

Walk in, can hear 2 men talking but not see them, look up my 3 windshield wipers numbers, no one ever talked to anycustomer, 3 people, I am ready, & no associate around! I look, I say loudly, Hello, I look again & finally 1 appears. Never looked at me or spoke to me. Worst customer service I have ever seen & I will not be back. I will instead go back 1 block & go to auto zone where they really were busy!

Confusing mess getting parts from Hreensburg and Uniontown PA stores. Told different things, no call back as promosed, run around. Etc. Painful.

The guy Eric was very rude and when I told him what I needed he told me I was wrong. I knew what I needed was right. When I went to another parts place they gave it to me no problem.

I am only replying about their mufflers. I have no luck with them. First one came apart inside they warrantied it, now this one rusting bad and loud. First one on 6 months. This one little over a month. I have 2008 jeep wrangler, I see jeeps with oe mufflers look new. Wish I had my oe muffler back. Otherwise service at oreillys is great

While working on a car, we needed a part, so ordered it for pick up. We didn't receive it's ready email, so I decided to go in to pick it up and if anything, it could be pulled from the shelf. When I got there, there were two gentlemen working at the desk and no customers. Leroy was apparently new or had a cognitive disability and couldn't find the part in the back. After looking unsuccessfully for about ten minutes he decided to go get it from the front of the store. That was also difficult for him. Eventually, he found it. His manager, Tyler, showed him how to ring it up and asked for my ID. I didn't have an ID, but I had the email of the paid receipt for this $8 part. HE WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME! I get it, they need to know it is paid for and getting picked up by the right person, but it was an $8 part and I had the receipt. I had to go home and return with my license to pick up. He didn't even ask for proof it was paid for. A little common sense would have been great. Tyler is not a customer-first manager (he said he was the manager, sad choice by OReily if that's true}.

I called and placed an order on7/11/2021 was told to pick up on 7/13/2021, went in to pick up today at ORILEYS on 12th and eastern in moore ok. Was told they returned it because it wasn't picked up in 4 days. By The manger Travis I told him I just placed the order Sunday Travis stated that they count the day the order was placed and he was very rude and said I need to talk to his store manager Jake if I had any issues. I told Travis I was told to pick up said order o 7/13/2021 by Ryan the same person I placed the order with. I have been trading with this store for 25 plus years I have never had a issue before or been treated like this.

Tip for consumers:
It is usually a great place to get ur parts I have never had this problem. Randy is your guy to ask for his been there forever and never had any problems

Prices are a bit higher than other sites I have seen. Not sure if they do price matching in store. Would be nice if they did since I live down the street from one.

Be careful of these auto parts chains. There is a huge markup on their parts. They are ok if you need the part right now. If you can wait go to Rock Auto. You will save at least 50 t0 70 percent with a much larger choice O rielly stock didn't go up 400 percent for no reason. Know you prices before you buy. I buy as much as I can for my business from rock auto. Same part, same make, only half the cost

I specifically asked them for front brake pads on a 2010 Ford Focus and they gave me rear brake pads. Aren't you guys supposed to know the front brakes from the back. And these are the people that you trust! How do you work at a car place but you don't know the front brakes from the back brakes. WILL NOT BE GETTING MY MONEY ANYMORE!

People are very friendly! Their OIL PRICES PER QUART is entirely too high! Cost almost 10$ for 2 quarts of their brand of oil! Had the car I was driving was low on oil and I was in a hurry to pickup my daughter in law. Would have went elsewhere.
