Disputing charge with the bank to reverse it. Shoes ordered showed in stock, $75 total. Ordered- one day later, emailed us saying shoes not in stock, pick another pair. We asked for refund- they said refund fee is $4.00. Checked online banking- charged us $77.71 instead of $75, plus an undisclosed $2.33 INTERNATIONAL fee. We responded demanding a full refund for all charges in full. In 24 hours, we're disputing it with the bank. This site is apparently fraudulent- they offer no phone #, and their policies page is all grammatically incorrect with misspellings and typos all over. Don't buy- you'll just purchase a head ache. -- Just got back from the bank- disputed the charge. Will take 7-10 days to reverse. Banker's advice was to pay with credit card not debit when buying things online, because a dispute is reversed instantly over the phone with the credit issuer-- unlike banks, who must investigate before reversing the transaction.
