Passing the verification in person is more trustworthy since the lady will be interviewed eye to eye.

First of all, I would like to point out that we are very serious about our integrity and security, as our main goal is to create a safe space for communication and exploring new cultures and ideas. That’s why we have carefully crafted a lengthy and strict process of verification, which allows us to stop any ill-intended people from even creating a profile on our website!

Validated members' profiles are verified twice.
Firstly, our Regional Partner gathers and verifies the personal background information, ID, and other documents of the user as well as uploads a verification video where the user gives his/her consent to use our Website.
The second step of the verification procedure is held by our Moderation Team after the Regional Partner creates a new user’s profile.
In order to verify the user’s identity, we ask the following:
-A valid passport/national ID document;
-A verification video where the user, holding the ID in hands, declares the current date and confirms that he/she wants to use the service.
Double verification helps us to make sure that all users registered on the Website of their own free will.
If we have doubts about the authenticity of documents or the user's consent to be registered on our Website, we notify the Partner. Should the Partner fail to prove that there are no problems with that, we decline registration on the Website.

Because of the abovementioned steps, we can be sure that there is no scam or fraud on our website.

Please note that our trusted users’ profiles are confirmed by verifying their ID and background. Firstly, in order to register, every trusted user takes a short video of herself holding her ID, stating the current date, and confirming her consent for the registration out loud. Secondly, we verify if the information provided in the registration video corresponds to her profile info. Our moderators check if it is the same person — both at the video and at the profile picture. Thus, we can assure the person you are talking to is the person you see in the profile.

Our affiliate partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the user you look at in the profile pictures is the user you are corresponding with (such profiles have the label "Trusted User").

Please note that Validated members use our services free of charge, they have other limitations, though. To name one, most of the data that the validated members provide, like photos and videos have to be verified with their ID's and personal interviews before registration.

The validated member also isn't able to make the request for contact details. Contacts exchange becomes available after spending 3000 credits with your friend and submitting verification. Please contact our Support team in order to find out how to pass verification.

It is true, our platform is quite expensive. However, we would like to bring your attention to the fact there is no need to pay for a monthly/annual subscription in order to use all the benefits. You only pay for the services you are provided with. You get to choose the services that are of your interest and control your spending on those. If you are an active member, you might get a set of free bonuses. Would you like to find out more about what those might be?

We would like to bring your attention to the fact there is no need to pay for a monthly/annual subscription in order to use all the benefits. You only pay for the services you are provided with. You get to choose the services that are of your interest and control your spending on those. You can check your credit balance on the Credits page anytime. Also, when you don't have any credits on your balance, the system notifies you about it.

Chat costs 2 credits per minute, during this one minute you can send any amount of messages.

In order to upload a photo, please click on the portrait icon in the top right corner of the page, then select “Your profile” from the menu. This will take you to the profile settings page. Please take note that the size of each file should not exceed 6 MB; file formats accepted are JPG or PNG. Each photo will have been moderated and, upon completion, will be uploaded to your account.

You can always check our actual prices on the Credits page and choose the needed package.
