I love the fact that this company ships your items really fast and it doesn't take long for them to process your order. I would definitely recommend more people to shop here. They also have great customer service as well.
I had a vendor labella nova I ordered through orange shine there products arrived extremely smaller than normal sizes I reported and got the run around. Basically if I returned I had to eat the shipping. And no refund so basically I had to keep items. Beware of this company on orangshine I was only out a few hundred dollars but others could loose more. Orange shine only refers you to them. I got no where and basically called a liar. The quality is poor and customer service crappy. So if you are going to spend big here beware you are on your own if it doesn't work for you. The customer isn't important to these guys.

These people do not sell products. They take your money and then expect someone else to fulfil your order. They dont use the form of delivery you specify and they are completely useless when it your products dont show up. They pretty much leave you to deal with the vendor and shipping on your own. It really means nothing to them if you dont get your merchandise because they already have your money.
When I received my order one of the shirts had a stain ( liked made in material) and 2 other shirts were missing. Quick response from Leslie Cervantes she got issue resolved very quick

When you accept shops (like ITZON) on your website, Orangeshine is responsabel for good trading and when there are problems Orangeshine should be in control! You can learn a lot from ALIBABA.

Poor customer service. Vender Snowa
Shipped me not even half my order.
Sent me wrong items. Called to resolve got past along to csr1 and he was no help at all Then Christine was going to call me right back. Nope was put on hold never came back on. Poor site shop someone else.

DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT EVERY SINGLE ORDER TELLING YOU WHAT ABSOLUTE JUNK THE PRODUCT IS! Packaging even came with Chinese on it. Even forgot to ship one of my items and when I called in they said oh you still want that? Uh, yes I paid for it! (6 days later still have not received it)
Again! THE ITEMS ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND THEY ARE PURE JUNK WITH LOTS OF REFUND REQUEST TO FOLLOW IF YOU THIS "American vendor"

This website is a RIP OFF! They charge high shipping and half the nerve to catch a attitude when you tell them. They should be ASHAMED of themselves and I WILL NEVER recommend no buyer to this website EVER!
