Shipping/delivery was great. This is my second time ordering this product. I like it because my sensitive skin does NOT react to the earrings. The earring itself is fine. Just ok. Feels very unsubstantial, not hefty. I could probably look around and find a similar, better product but since my skin didn't react. I reordered these when I lost one of the last pair.
