Quality of jewelry is lovely. Sadly I'll never order from them again. They don't care. The company made a mistake and shipped me an item I did not request and refused to process the return or refund. Now I'm stuck with an item I'll have to gift because I cannot use. Only communication with company is through email. No one answers phone or returns voicemails. Very frustrating experience.

I was really looking forward to wear this piece coz my 2nd ear pierced finally healed but as I was putting it on the lock broke in half!
I am so disappointed because I literally bought this for my 2nd ear pierce. I am clueless if they are able to accept it back and let me get a refund or make me pick a different piece. This is my third purchased and I have no problem with the first 2.
