These earrings were a gift for my mom for Christmas— they're just lovely.

All good on ordering. I was looking for a short necklace to layer with my other gold necklaces. This was just what I wanted.

They have just beautiful pieces of jewelry, simple and elegant, just my type. My necklace is so delicate however, I am having a hard time closing the clasp.

Site was easy to use. Earrings are acceptable. The silicone backs are supposed to make the earring secure. They fell out in less than a week.

My item came in three days. It was just as described and pictured.

I purchased the rope chain choker. It's very pretty but it fit a little tighter than I expected. I'm keeping it and I'm going to buy the extender.

They ignore messages and do nit refund return promptly after mire than 5 days delivery.

I reached out to customer service to initiate an exchange on an item that I bought during a sale. I was told that the sale discount would apply to the price of the new item I was exchanging for. This turned out to not be the case and when I contacted CS I was told something completely different on the same email thread. I've reached out multiple times since trying to get clarification (and the product I ordered) and have not received a response or the item. It's been about two weeks with no response or resolution.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong color and with a quick email and prompt response they were able to correct my order.

They are very tiny and weigh nothing, almost too tiny but very pretty when you wear them. I will keep them.
