I really love the quality of this anklet. The only suggestion I would offer is to provide different sizes. I needed a much smaller size.

The overall shopping experience was fine. The earrings however are SOOOO much smaller than we imagined. Cute but very small and almost child like.
When I ordered earrings for my daughter's birthday i accidentally had them sent to our address. I realized this right away and used both email and chat to try and change the shipping address but received no reply. Unfortunately I had to ship the earrings to her myself and she won't be receiving them until two weeks after her birthday. I could not find a customer service number anywhere on the website.

Received this ring and top half is ok but the bottom band looks like it was hammered so thin as to size to an 10 and cut costs. It bends out of shape just looking at it! Totally not worth the price.

Oradina has offered one of the worst e-commerce services I've experienced in my 15 years of purchasing items online. They delivered my product (solid gold earrings) 7 days late, and only after I reached out to them asking for its shipping status. Once I received the earrings, it was not what I expected. They offered a product that was a misrepresentation of what was shown on their website. I have yet to hear from them on a full refund after emailing customer service five times.

I've order multiple items from this company. While most have been fine, one necklace I ordered broke (the clasp fell off) within 5 weeks of ordering it. The necklace has been worn maybe 15 times over those 5 weeks.
I have send a complaint to the company since I'm outside the return window. Will be curious as to how they handle this.
