Snowcopter's Review of Crimson Trace Laserguard Pro Laser / 150 Lumen LED White Light
I am not rating the laser, I can't review it because I haven't received it. My credit card was billed for it 28 Nov 22. I actually ordered 2 products at the same time, I did receive the other product. Because of numerous confusing package delivery notifications from FedEx, I called OpticsPlanet on the 8th of December to see where Crimson Trace was, I was afraid someone had taken the package after it had been delivered. I was told by OpticsPlanet "customer service" that this product hadn't been delvered that it was still in Texas. The gentleman I spoke with told me the package I had received was shipped directly from OPticsPlanet and they had shipped it with UPS and they (UPS) uses brown trucks. He also told me the Crimson Trace was sent by one of there vendors and they shipped it with FedEX who use white trucks with FedEX on the side of the truck, I guess he that I should go sit on the sidewalk and look for a white truck with FedEx on the side of the trcuk.
I called OpticsPlanet again on the 12th of Dec, on that call I was again told the package was still with FEDEX in Texas and since I chose free shipping it could take up to 2 weeks for me to get my order, it had been 2 weeks at that time.
2 more phone calls, the last one on 23 Dec has only gotten them to email me a Carrier Claim Form, which I printed filled out and emailed back to OpticsPlanet on the Monday the 26th of Dec. I have yet to hear back from OpticsPlanet since I sent them the form they required
I do not think OpticsPlanet has a customer service department. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to try to get my money back

Optics Planet denied this review on their website and they are deleting it from their FaceBook page, so they don't have customer service but they do have censors.
