Opensky avoid website sucks.customer service sucks if you live in nevada sucks even more. Never used left cc at home in a drawer found out months after the fact that a fraudulent charge from an unauthorized user was placed on the card opensky never informed me that i had an a charge they just waited until it accrued and informed then through email that I had a late fee argh! Completely avoid this $#*!show of A COMPANY!
When I tracked my order, I found it delivered to Lake Worth, FL but I live in St Petersburg, FL. Not happy

I like the variety of things offered on OpenSky, unfortunately, I have yet to receive anything that is as nice as it looks or have proper fit or have any whiff of quality, especially considering the exaggerated prices. First order went into the dumpster, this one is being fully returned. Won't be wasting my time with this site again.

Beautiful opal look earrings but post is too thick and is painful to put in. They are also a bit heavy. Don't know what to do with them now.

While I am sure that OpenSky does not have full control over what is sold on the website, I would hope that the vendors would be more honest with the quality of their wares. Overall, OpenSky sent the item as expected without a long shipping time. It is easy to navigate, however because of the lack of quality in the product purchased, I doubt I will use OpenSky again.

I've purchased other items before and loved what I received. The whole situation was very professional and expedite.
However, this time was horrible. I went to the opensky was the complete opposite. I was looking at d different pairs of earrings for my daughter to wear at her wedding. I even looked for taxes and shipping costs. Somehow the web-site took my looking as purchasing. I was billed. Now, I will have to pay to send them back. Now I don't feel comfortable even looking. Sigh.

Like many others here, I'm wrote a review in attempt to get in contact with someone from opensky to view my question in regards to my order status. My order didn't come in the expected time frame but it came about 1-2 weeks later than expected. So about 3 weeks in all I waited for my order. I was afraid I was not going to receive it because I'm guessing it runs somewhat like an amazon with different sellers I really don't know. But once I wrote my initial review Gavin got in contact with me and kept me updated every 2 days. Which was comforting. My order is expected and I'm happy I received it. Because what I wanted I could have only found on this site.

After my last review, it took around an hour to get a response. They are having issues with the merchant and are making this right. They said the new tracking and order number will be sent out in the next 1 to 2 weeks and they are also issuing a 5$ credit towards my next purchase. Very apologetic in the response email and are actively taking care of the issue. I raised my rating from a 2 to a 3 because that is customer service. Apologize, make it right, and ensure I will return. I'll update again as I receive my purchase.
I received the wrong color purse; tried to get information that the item was correct, however, the color was wrong. Did not know whether to wait to receive correct item (I asked for an exchange item) and then return distributed item or return the item first. Now waiting for a response. Not very pleased with follow-up service.

I have ordered several items from Open Sky. The sizes are very small even when the size is 4X or 5X. Even when there is a "size chart" the size is too small even when you order according to the measurements.
I have ordered rings from Open Sky and the medal bands which are said to be "Silver" the silver wears off quickly with daily wear but because the price is cheap it is understandable.

I am not happy with the return policy. I only bought the item because I thought they were a certain length. You advertise something and show a close up photo. I believe this could be called bate and switch. When I wanted to return the item. You would be charging me almost half the price to return them. Charging the initial shipping and a restocking charge. I don't feel this is a wise practice.

I am impressed by the discount that is offered. The quick distribution of the items ordered. The quality of the items. I believe that the product detail can be more explanatory. With the studs it is saying multiple sizes in brackets. I am at a loss or uncertainty if I order the 7 will I get more than one? I find that I couldnt zoom in on the items to get a better look. Also the different picture didnt give much difference to the previous one. So maybe you guys can look at that. Otherwise I am impressed. I am in the 50-60 age group. Do you guys ship to the Caribbean?

Credit dollars are a scam to get you to spend more money. Customer service does not return emails. I was unable to find a phone number to answer my questions. I was however very pleased with my purchases when I received them. And shipping was faster than stated. But still felt ripped off because of promised credit did not get.!
