Opensky avoid website sucks.customer service sucks if you live in nevada sucks even more. Never used left cc at home in a drawer found out months after the fact that a fraudulent charge from an unauthorized user was placed on the card opensky never informed me that i had an a charge they just waited until it accrued and informed then through email that I had a late fee argh! Completely avoid this $#*!show of A COMPANY!

Made a purchase and two weeks later, went to check the order status since it was taking so long to arrive. It said it had been canceled even though I'd never canceled the order... and I was already charged for it. I reached out to *******@opensky.com, followed up a week later, and zero response. Never got my money back, either.

Opensky avoid website sucks.customer service sucks if you live in nevada sucks even more. Was on vacation in Florida and signed up for a deal, so I am an idiot.5 weeks later on the day I got home was charged 90 dollars plus late fee plus penalties. I don't understand. The card not even activated. Buyer beware con artist at opensky.I called and was told we don't need your business and then she said thanks for wasting my time

So I put a $1000 on a secure OpenSky card. For one it took half a month to come. Second it only allowed me to make 4 deposits a month when it made over $3000 worth of transactions in one month which I paid off each time on time. Then they started taking my money from my bank account and holding and restricting me from have access to my funds until after close to 2 weeks of waiting. If you want to gamble with this horrible low budget company go head but I will not recommend anyone to waste their time dealing with OpenSky. I cancelled my account with them and will wait to get my funds back in the mail. I warn y'all OpenSky is not worth it!

My order from over 3 weeks ago was theoretically shipped in a timely manner, but I have yet to receive my order. I've REPEATEDLY contacted OpenSky via their "contact us" link and via their "reply to" e-mail, only to be ignored, NO RESPONSE. I get at least one e-mail a day offering "great deals" which is very annoying and I have absolutely no desire to do business with them again.

The order says "blue" and I received a white lamp with a brown base. I only ordered for the blue color, which is rare and discontinued and therefore warranted the 25 dollar price tag. Open Sky's dealer sent me a brown lamp I could have ordered from Ikea for 10 dollars. I paid 35 dollars including shipping. This is wrong, and their credibility as a company should suffer.

Opensky will tell you that you don't need a bank account. That is a lie. You do to make payments. They won't take the same card I used to deposit the money on it.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots. They not only don't look like the picture they are so poorly made! No tag for size or material. Not stamp as shown in pictures. I will not order anything else from this site again!

I placed two substantial orders 2+ weeks ago. Opensky claims my orders are complete in one area of their site but shipped in another. Opensky says I should receive by July 13th, 4 days ago. The Fed ex tracking numbers say it's pending. Shipment information received, but shipment not yet received. There is no phone number. I have messages "customer support" 3 times this week. No response. Is this a scam?

Ordered two items; one was delivered, the other marked cancelled but I was charged for both. Tried to contact customer service and E-mail bounced. There are plenty of other sited to order from. Skip Open Sky.

I ordered a Cuff Bracelet and it looked really on the internet but when I received it I could not believe what a piece of cheap junk it was.
When I requested a return label they want to charge me almost 9.00 to return it and I only paid 13.59 plus 3.99 shipping. They just lost a customer.

Merchandise is low quality. No return shipping address; difficult to follow return instructions, and then buyer is stalled until it is past their 14-day return policy, at which point they refuse the return. An item, which was "no longer available," was cancelled by them without notifying buyer. Worst buying experience I have ever had. I actually rate them as zero!

I ordered two items. They came very late, it took around 8 weeks. When they came they were so cheap I would not keep them (a shirt and some under-counter lights). I returned them per their instructions. I was never reimbursed for these purchases. I tried calling 3 times and they gave me a runaround and never followed through on promises for reimbursement.

Had my card stolen, ran up charges and could not get anyone to answer. The phone was on hold for well over an hour multiple multiple times. They turned it in on my credit report as no paid. Still to this day not gotten a hold of anyone to actually help me

Received a Large blouse, I ordered, looking forward to wearing it, Could not even get it over my head! Then they tell me it will cost me $8 and something to return it, do you still want to return it? Ha! No I want to keep something I cant get on! Probably wont order from this site again.

I recently ordered a xxxtentacion hoodie, said it would take 7-10 days to come here. It has now been 2 weeks. OPENSKY EXPLAIN! When I try to email, they don't respond, so I guess I just got scammed out of my money guys

I am going to report this company to the BBB, i suggest you all do the same. I ordered a backpack a month ago for my daught for christmas its still not here. They wont return calls, their emails are only robot replies. They took the money as soon as i ordered it and now they cant be bothered.
Report this scam company they have no right to steal from people.

My order was duplicated. They would NOT respond to multiple customer service emails about the problem. Once duplicates were delivered, I followed Open Sky's directions on how to return items. I printed out shipping labels, and one vendor REFUSED DELIVERY. I am going to unsubscribe from them. Suggest you block their emails for solicitation.

I purchased the "polished playful plaid blouse" from Open Sky and I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the product. It is made of very cheap fabric and looks homemade (I've seen better home sewn!). Even at a discount, I expect the quality that the site boasts about. I would return it, but it would cost me to ship it plus they will deduct the original shipping/handling costs. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Me and my wife purchased an umbrella for Pool from open sky. Upon receiving our delivery we only received the umbrella and the base was left out however when we But the umbrella it said it came with a base and everything after spending over $390 on an umbrella for our pool were left without a bass we've tried to contact them several times me personally five my wife four times. And to no avail we still have not received an email back or even a phone call. God knows if we're going to get a base to a huge umbrella that we can't even use. So disappointingI guess I should've looked at the reviews of this place before actually purchasing something that expensive.

Prices were not correct with advertising. WAY too many spam email the minute you click on their site. Shipping takes FOREVER and the quality is very poor. Still waiting on 2 missing items, no way to contact the real vendor according to the OpenSky on-line support person and it will take at least 2 business days for them to get an answer as to where these missing pieces are. Really poor business model. Going back to Amazon where they hold true to their word and stand behind products with an easy and predictable shopping experience. Save yourself the trouble and close the OpenSky site before you end up unhappy.

A scammer has stolen my product photos and is using them to claim the products are theirs on Opensky. These are PHOTOS of MY PRODUCT, in my yard and in customer yards. I brought this to the attention of Opensky and was appalled by the response. Rather than doing work up front, and requiring vendors to PROVE they are who they claim to be, Opensky requested that I prove that the products were mine. Only after I prove that the items are trade marked as mine, will Opensky address the claim with THEIR vendor who they are allowing to scam customers. Opensky owes it to their customers that vendors are thoroughly vetted in order to be added as a vendor and allowed to sell products. Beware! Photo and description from scammer is attached. This is also on Walmart's website. These ghosts are ONLY available via Etsy: CoolandBella store.
