As a home buyer, I was able to search the entire market mls for free and also negotiate the best price directly with real estate agents. This is a great resource for any potential buyer to negotiate price.

OpenOffer is a great mls resource to search for homes in San Diego. The best part is its innovative website in providing people an option to negotiate prices. They even have foreclosures and short sales. The only thing I would suggest is to open up the search to all of US instead of just strictly San Diego. It limits the amount of people I can recommend to!
