“This website is NOT a scam, it is simply a different...”

Jill S.

This website is NOT a scam, it is simply a different kind of online auction. The pay to bid style helps keeps the price of luxury items down. Like any auction, there is only one winner so it sometimes takes more than one try to win an item. This is probably why they list the same items multiple times. The facebook page shows videos of people who have won so I think that speaks for the legitimacy of the site. The company is based in California, all the items are brand new and guaranteed.

“Glad these SCAMMERS are finally out of business!”

Susanna H.

This site was nothing more than a HUGE SCAM. Several years ago I signed up to bid and won a $500 Bloomingdale's Gift Certificate, but trying to actually get them to send you what you have won is impossible. First, you must jump through all of their hoops. Then they tell you your item will arrive in approx. 15 days. When you never receive your item they use all kinds of stalling tactics and ultimately stop responding to emails. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Next thing I knew the website was closed down. Evidently, I was not the only one who filed a complaint.

I found this while I was checking to see if Ooh I Love was for real or a scam. From what I've noticed, timing is everything. And the site is making money hand over fist with how the bidding process works. I thought I'd still try it out though, as you mentioned it's gambling. And i paid $50 to try and won a Louis Vuitton purse for a 90% discount, YESSS... i got the bag, its AUTHENTIC LV purse and I M LOVING IT. ;)

Now this is an interesting concept. I really enjoyed my recent experience with oohilove.com. After bidding for the first time on a gucci shoulder bag i lost $20 but was happy to see the person who was bidding from so long won the bag for only $24.80. Iknow the site is making so much money but its their business and the main thing is, they are giving the top brands on such low prices, like the gucci bag won by that lucky person, costs around $1134 and look how much discount he got... i'll surely try again..

Oohilove is a magnificent site made for those shopaholics who love handbags. Site gives you so many so real brands that one can't imagine and everyone can have them with such a big margin in their rates. But all who want these handbags must learn how to play the game, or else they will only be left lost evry cent they have got. The site gives each and every detalis, how to play and after winning an item they will get it within 2 weeks of time... i found it so coool... dont u?

It takes some time to understand but I actually won 2 things over the past month: tiffany earrings and a 100 bid package... best advice I can give is to observe the bidders and see what price some of the auctions previously closed at. I LOVE THIS GAME! :)

First of all, this is truly a "buyer beware" auction. This site does not guarantee anything or hide anything about the way the auctions work. For those chiming in about how people can bid endlessly (which would cost a great deal of paying. 99 per bid) but bid packs can often be bought for pennies on the dollar just like the merchandise being auctioned so the dollar cost average is much lower than it looks. I happened to get beautfiful LV bag for 1.51 with only one bid (yes, due to a lot of luck), but it does happen. If you can't afford to bid and lose, you should definitely stay away, but please don't try and ruin it for the rest of us who have figured out how to do it without breaking the bank. The website is not a scam but it is also not for the faint of heart because if you get carried away you can certainly feel ripped off if you don't win.

I have visited number of auctions sites last days and never be impressed from them, as i found the oohilove also there and decide to visit it, As i never want to play anymore because i have already lost money on other auctions site so thatswhy not ready to take risk... But somehow me and my girl friend both of us purchased one bid pack from the site and called us the oohilove support for assistance as we didn't know how to play it, They really guide us well and finally start bidding on the web site. Might be we have a very good luck on last wednesday and we won the Tiffany Pendants for my girl friend. Just here to share my experience. It was really very nice. And waiting for my item as they promise us to deliver it within 2 or 3 week. When i will get it, will be back on site jabber and share my winning tiffany pendants with you all.

I can't understand what's with the incessant whining going on in these reviews about this site being a scam. It is very clearly a PAY-TO-BID site. The language on how to use the site is very clear and straightforward. The language around the Bid packages is very clear and straightforward. If you do the quick math, it is pretty clear that each bid costs the user a $1 - and each time you bid, you are out a dollar. That's part of the fun. It is possible to win these high end bags for more than 90% off the cost of retail. I personally have won two bags on the site. They are real, authentic bags. The site is legit and it was MY decision how much I wanted to bid on each auction. No one "scammed" me into buying bids or pushing the bid button. If you don't understand the simple concept of pay to bid, or understand why these auctions can take an exorbitant amount of time to actually win, then stick with eBay. But stop crying foul or saying it's a scam. It's not.

My view about this site "average" because they have all the top brands, cool handbags, some bad and more gud reviews about the site, from the winners i got it that they are NOT frauds or a scam BUT my personal view is that the site should also add more products except from handbags, sunglasses, cards, jewellry etc. This will add more admirers to ur league... but overall the site SOOO COOL... ooh i love handbags. So i love u ooh i love...

For the people who have not won anything from this site must be so dumb to bid on items. The simple idea to win is having much time that one can spend on the site and wait for the last seconds to bid again on the same item. One who spend most of the time will definetly win... Yes the site makes money but the person who will win, will save so much money and that can be you also. Think about it.

This site is great! I've been using it for a week and I won my first item, a REALLY cute LV bag, yesterday. I don't understand why all these people are labeling it a "scam." It's not a scam, I will say that it is a gamble. You buy your bids and then you COMPETE for the item you want. When you are competing against other users you are probably going to lose a lot (the LV bag I won was my 6th auction, and I probably spent about $60 prior to that). The website is straightforward and honest about how it works, and if you are spending money at oohilove.com you need to acknowledge that is a competition, and competitions have losers. However, I WON, so I will definitely be back. Thanks oohilove!

The information given by the site has so far been 100 percent accurate, and easy to navigate. Overall 4 stars to the site.

I'm finding all these reviews of 'ohmigawditsawful' quite silly; it seems that no one bothered to read the fine print, or to find out how the bid assistant works... or indeed to even look at the mechanics of the the site's sales at all.

1) Buy bids. These are $1 for each $0.01 increment of bidding.

This provides for $100 to be made for each $1 of the item's price. So those $900 Christian Louboutin shoes that you bought for $10.12 + 43 bids cost you personally $53.12... but earned the site a gross of $1053. 12. And if they paid $350/pair wholesale... awesome. They're making money and people are bidding competitively. It's fun for the whole family.

2) The Bid Assistant.
You can set the minimum price for when you want to start bidding -- you do not have to start at $0.00 and definitely should not start there! Look at the price ranges of similar items (in many cases, the same item) and see where the bidding range lies... then bid (aka bet) appropriately.
You can also set the maximum price that you'd like to bid up to, and how many bids you'd like to use to get there. Remember, you can theoretically spend $50 just to gain $1 in price; the site will not let you top your own bid, so that you can only get in 50 bids per dollar of price. In reality, there are so many other bidders, that this doesn't happen too often.

I am currently watching two auto-bidders with too much $$ duke it out, they have each spent over $300 just in bids for this one pair of $700 shoes -- the site has already won, especially when you add in the bidders like myself, who will probably spend ~$25 near the end to win/lose the shoes. Some of these $900 pairs of shoes auction for $55.00, i. E., $5500 gross for the site. Not a bad gig, eh?

3) Setting The Bid Assistant
You can limit how many bids the BA can use per your min-max range... it won't spend them all on one-upping $0.01; which is nice feature.

For every person who says 'how unfair it is,' there are a dozen who 'OMG, I love it! It's the best site ever!' -- for someone who just paid $44 for a pair of Louboutin heels vs. someone who paid $100 to lose a Gucci bag... because they did *not* understand the mechanics of the game.

Do you play craps when you go to Vegas? Or do you play Blackjack or Texas Hold'em? EBay is the Blackjack or Hold'em... welcome to craps, ladies.
Win, lose, learn and get some freaking wonderful merchandise at the same time. Just do not listen for me playing the world's tiniest violin when you don't read the rules and don't understand how to play the game. Don't whine when you don't know how to play...

People who says oohilove is a scam should also see that the winners are also writing here on sitejabber and they said they have got their products and are authentic, so that means you people are wrong and you should be sorry to oohilove.com for being so rude. KEEP IT GOING OOHILOVE

I think from my personal experience(won so much from this site) that oohilove is good and the concept they made is so cool. They give people the chance to buy the products which they can't afford in such reasonable rates which they can't even imagine. No doubt oohilove is making money with their site, and why not? They have the right to make money with their products... DUHH... I think, people who gave such bad reviews on the site are either didnt got what they want(i mean the products) or they are the compitetors who don't want oohilove to go up in the market... but i wish oohilove all the very best and says KEEP IT UP... PEACE
