Don't know where to start about onix-traders.com... It's a scam 100%. My wife invested £250, everything looked ok the brokers were talking nicely, after 3 months the balance on her account was about £750 which sounded great but all sorts of so called brokers were harassing her Every day to deposit more money even knowing she didn't wanted that, they were getting more and more aggressive and insulting so she wanted to withdraw out of this... She's requested in writing in November to withdraw the money she's put in but no reply, live chat no reply, customer service unavailable. The Calls from them asking for more money continue and they probably past her details to all sorts of dodgy call centers as she was getting every day calls from people trying to scam her In Other ways. Even though she gave up on her money they are still harassing her, I've spoken with one of them and he was trying to convince me that if I buy 400$ in crypto he will transfer me our funds(1800+$ in the account now) that sounded like another scam to me and I was telling him that this is not right and I don't want to give them any more money so he started yelling at me and told me to shut up and do what he's telling me to do...
Please avoid this happening to more people!

Its a scam company that works from European countries, pretending to be brokers or what ever. Using fake names and will call you milion times just to get your money and than they will disappear, they change the "company's" name after 2 to 3 months and its most likely to call you again coming for more money from a different "platform". THEY ARE SCAMERS please take care and be very careful people, dont give them your hard earned money, they have no mercy, will take all you have.

Won't take no for an answer, pestering and annoying. Rude and arrogant. Stay away at all costs as this company calls 20 times a day

Unable to withdrawal. Constantly demand more money from your superannuation and will try to convince you to get debt to fund it.
Deposits take half an hour, withdrawals take over a day if you're lucky.
I will happily remove this review in the event funds are returned. If not I will post pictures of conversations and you can judge for yourself.

As a broker in the purest sense, Onyx traders functions well. All orders and trades execute perfectly, and the spreads are ok. There is a trading calculator which performs as well as other brokers, but can be improved by categorizing forex, stock, index, metals, and commodities. It could also include a margin calculator, but that is not a pressing matter. I'll not say Onyx traders is perfect because there's much room for improvement

Low cost broker with excellent customer service. Since I started using Onyx traders, I am fully satisfied at every level. Each of my requests has been answered promptly by customer service team and solutions were found to all my problems. Low fees and low transactions costs.
