OnTrac

When I pulled up Ontrac reviews, I could not believe the poor ratings. Having a package delivered that was not mines and to have it resting on my poarch for three weeks, and after speaking to four different customer service people I got no results it was infuriating. So I continue to receive no help in getting this package to the right person. Finally my last resort was to call one more time speaking with a customer service rep Edwin Ortiz who patiently took the time to follow up to find the error that had to be corrected. I want to thank him so much for helping me to get that package to the righfful owers. He surely deserves some credit in all of this and thank you Perry for making it happen today.

Leaving packages at 3 am. What better time for your stuff to be stolen. Then changing the "time of delivery" to be said as 3pm. I'm glad I checked my phone in the middle of my sleep to see it had been delivered. You guys suck!

As you can see below driver shows package delivered before noon when in fact it had not. Customer service rep was helpful in tracking down the driver only to find out it was still on the delivery vehicle. Package was delivered 6 hours later

We are guests of the Highest Profiled Navigation Center in Bakersfield. OnTrac has no business, no freight, no workers. There are stand alone trailers that go nowhere. Our plumbing across the street is constantly plugged up and may be connected to OnTrac and XPOLogistics Trucking Co.'s plumbing. There is a Ham Radio TRANSRECEIVER outside at our gate, and horn signals that cause my Jamming Alarm to go off as if Remote Viewing is in progress. They need to file Chapter 11 or 13... but, what for? I have been at this address for 1 & 1/2 months. The only trailers that move over there are Xtra Leasing, that transports unknown cargo to Las Vegas Casinos.

So I must have prayed hard enough to get a somewhat good result. I bought some shoes from Hot Topic (I didn't even know shipped through OnTrac until now), and after seeing my order was shipped through this company I did some research into it. I got a bit worried after seeing the reviews.

My worries were definitely not unfounded. My order was delayed FIVE TIMES. It was stuck in one state (Ohio) for the majority of that time. After the second delay, I was told my order was "in transit" in New Jersey… really? It was then sent BACK to the same city in Ohio which makes me wonder what the hell these people were doing. My order finally arrived on a Sunday, which was coincidentally a day before I could've gotten a refund/replacement on it.

Despite all the issues, my order arrived in perfect condition and thankfully NOT stolen. I still would never ever ship through this company again and will be cautious of buying through Hot Topic in the future because it's just not worth the stress.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with, if I would of know the place I purchased from was going to use ontrac I wouldn't of even bought the stuff at all. They suck with giving you updates on your orders and never update it or give you any helpful information, try to reach out and get some more help or a resolution and they respond with the same exact email over and over again no matter what you are saying. I've been getting the run around with them and cannot figure out where my packages are for the life of me and they don't care at all and won't help. I've never ever heard of ontrac until now they should really be shut down or never be used again so $#*!ing awful I've never had such a worse experience before in my life with a company, awful company.

I'm not sure who's worse OnTrac or Amazon? Save Amzn your order shipped emails And go to OnTrac website to track, request email notification when it's delivered. Now 2nd time my stuff wasn't delivered when Amzn/OT said it would "by 8pm", if you call OT CS they'll say "has until 9pm", take screen shots of Amzn's tracking page, once you call them to complain or ask what happened that page will be replaced with one telling you the date is unknown, tracking #, delivery progress all gone. Amzn will say "by the day after tomorrow" and "they can't get ahold of OnTrac". 1st time, both sites CS said pkg. Was delivered, looked all over, Nope. They actually said to see if your neighbors had it - uhm no, that's not my job. Why 1st one said delivered? "mis-scanned", today it was "driver may have been running late yesterday". Amzn Now says 2 days After item ships, I've had to call to get tracking #'s before, I had to delete my P. O. Box from my saved addresses to force Amzn/Sellers to deliver to my home, it also stops UPS FEDX ONTRAC from leaving it at P. O. OT usually is OK, but they need to stop saying your pkg will be delivered by 8pm Unless it actually will be.
