I purchased 2 tickets for the match Milan Atalanta about 2 weeks ago and never received them. I tried calling many times and send many emails but no response, instead £20 bill from my phone provider. Its a big scam, dont believed any positive comments as they are 3 years old.

ALSO they applicated change 1 pounds - 1,49 euro!
How did they change? If £1 corresponds to 1,2049 euros, £ 916 correspond to
€ 1103. 65. I did pay 300 euros more.
I must admit, however, that in the end, with onlineticketexpress, I managed to watch the match of champions leage seemed impossible to get tickets of Chelsea -Naples

Hi All, this is my experience. I am from Chile and a fanatic of tennis always dreaming to watch the final for Roland Garros. I bought two tickets from them on March 3 for the price of 848 euros! Why I could not buy the tickets directly from Rolland Garros website? They started selling tickets on March 1, but there were not available tickets for the final two days after the web site opened.
The electronic tickets arrived two weeks before June 5 (the day of the final). I was very concern about this delay because these tickets were our main motivation for going to Paris. The company sent me electronic tickets with our names written in a bar code system that have to be scanned in Roland Garros to verify our identities. What if the names written in the bar code were not ours? Another matter of concern...
My preoccupation increased when I checked in the electronic tickets that the current price was 71 euros each. That means onlineticketexpress got 706 euros in the process! Reading comments about fraud in internet was not very reassuring. Finally, we went to Paris with our electronics tickets expecting the worst. Paris is a nice city, so our plan B was just to know the city and have a good time there.
Last Sunday we went to Rolland Garros. I was delighted to see that the electronic tickets produced our names when they were scanned. We saw a wonderful match Nadal-Federer. In summary, the onlineticketexpress company works, but you pay (in my case) 8 times the right price and you get really stressed in the process. However, I don't see other way to have tickets for such an important event as Rolland Garros when you are far away from the place.
Purchased Copa Del Rey tickets from the website, paid a huge some for the tickets. They did deliver the the ticket, however not the seats the online support or the phone support had indicated that we would get. The catagorization on the website doesn't make sense, VIP Gold and Platinum, doesn't mean much! I bought the VIP Platinum tickets and ended setting in the corner of the field at an angle that is very hard to watch the game from... Very bad seats compared to what was explained, ruining the entire experience.

I wrote this letter to the Onlineticketexpress.com, after the event:
"Dear Sir,
I was deeply disappointed in your service from the beginning to the end. I have repented of ordering the ticket from your agency very much. You have decieved me very incorrectly. All you do is defrauding.
My problems with your service are the followings in detail:
1. You have charged me 332 pounds from my bank account instead of 279 pounds which was advertised on your web page.
2. I was offered a first class ticket for the price mentioned and I was given a seat behind the gate on the fourth floor.
3. It seemed to me you had had no intention to answer my e-mails, there was no phone number or contact given, to make sure not to travel to Manchester in vain.
The result of your behaviour was that I had been forced to correspond with Manchester United and the offical English consumer protection service. As a manager of a trading company I am in daily contact with the office.
Both of them gave me information about how to make an offical complaint. I feel that I am also the representative of great number of people who were swindled by you.
You can find a lot of negative oppinion about your business on the internet.
I demand you to pay half of the ticket price back in 15 days otherwise I will turn to the appropiate offices in Britain."

I ordered two VIP Silver tickets to Chelsea-Barcelona in Barcelona on their web-site. Later I found that I need to accept their Terms and Conditions which are basically one big scam. I did a search for the references and found that onlineticketexpress has a zero rating and everybody reports it as a scam. I called my credit card company and they gave me clear instructions on how to deal with this guys. Bank liked that I did one good thing when made the order - I wrote them that I want the tickets to be delivered to my address one day before the match. Bank gave a list of instructions on how to proceed with OTE. Of course, there was not tickets delivered on the due date. Instead I got a call from OTE asking to come to Barcelona to pick up the tickets. I told them what my bank told me - I wrote them a letter that OTE accepted the condition to deliver the tickets to home address and failed. I wrote them that I'm talking to bank and bank is willing to pay me the money back immediately and will settle the rest directly with OTE as part of credit card agreement. I also wrote them that I will be in Barcelona and this is their last chance - if they fail I will add travel and accomodation costs. No reaction at all. I came to Barcelona with no hope to get to the match, but I called them around noon and gave them my hotel details. Surprisingly, when I came to the hotels I got two tickets to the match. Clearly, thosre were regular tickets to Barca fan sector, though the location was much better than that of VIP Silver - just 10 raws away from the field and just in the centre, so I could see everything and smell the grass. Painfull, extremely risky, buy it worked for me. Not sure I want to go again for such experience for my own money.
