I like the site. Very complete report from what I can tell. I went to the site due to a conflict with the dealership and a manufacturer recall. The dealer says that the vehicle has been rear ended and has rear structural damage but it does not.

It covered nearly everything except the n1 thing I needed. So, still trying to locate the information that I came here hoping to receive.

Excellent website. Just be carefull not to fill out the lower portion when ordering the $1 report. It seems like its part of the registration, but is actually an additional service. I guess that's where they get some with the $18 fee.

The website is very detailed, and professional maintained. The only issue I came across, as most have, is the misleading contract terms. Customer Service Specialist, Brian honored this mishap, and refunded the initial 18.95 that I was charged for the first month of use. Aside from that, the detailed history report on the vehicle I am looking to buy was thorough, and precise. Thanks again to Brian, and Andy for handling the situation properly.

I FOUND IT VERY INFORMATIVE. I FOUND ITEMS ABOUT MY JEEP THAT I DID NOT PREVIOUSLY KNOW. THE JEEP IS 15 YEARS OLD WITH LOW MILAGE AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

The vin# I supplied was off by one number, they took the time to do the research and found the correct vin, I am very impressed with how they handled my error. The report I received was a basic (as requested) report that contained info I was not aware of. I would recommend this site.
