Tragic - no communication from customer service, no CD Key ever showed up and just an awful company! Paypal dispute has been started however I have to wait a week to even get Paypal to look into this awful money stealing company!
Ive only had one encounter when I have had to buy a game off of the OnlineKeyStore. But when you do make a purchase, the key is given to you pretty much straight away. This is the best website I have found for giving you cheap deals on new releases. A good all-rounded service.
I allways got my keys in 30 minutes. Exept for one time but I got a full refund.
