Hi all, this feedback is based on my personal experience. I contacted the company in Sep, 2023 and I explained my situation to them. The person on the phone assured me that they can help in getting my lost funds. Now is 2025, November. In the interim all they did was sent me letters that I needed to send to the relevant authorities. This obviously didn't work. Also, I did pay them around 1.2 k Eur to help me get my funds back. I believe that this company cannot be trusted and today I got a notification from them saying that they closed my case. I would encourage all not to trust this company as they are not up-to the mark. They will sound very convincing at first but no results.

Please do not trust this website company or use their service to try and retrieve your scammed monies. They make promises from the start and once you pay their initial service fee of $ 6,000.00 all they do is send their pre-prepared template letters to various organisations and regulators in the hope that they will act and retrieve your money. My case has been going for over three years and after the initial six months where their service appeared proactive and provided hope, I then found I was the one being in regular contact with them to seek update on my case. This company pretends to be a tiger with teeth, but actually they have no teeth or authority and solely rely on the regulators and other organisations which they ask you to send the letters to hoping they will get your money back. If this does not occur they do no follow up to any of the letters to the organisations and then they become more distant and their communication basically stops. They moved me from one case manager to the next without any pre-warning and then the same unprofessional lack of service continues to drag your case out. Eventually, when you push back and try to lodge a complaint you receive another letter template stating that they have exhausted all their options and they have closed your case.

This is such a garbage company. They are fake and dont actually help you recover your funds. Online justice had so many issues that they got shutdown by the FBI. The FBI allowed them to operate for some reason, but they are supposed to refund everyone that wants a refund. I requested a refund 4 months ago and they refuse to give me my money back. They have changed their numbers at least two to three times since they "reopened". They ignore my phone calls for updates on my case. They even have the audacity to tell me that they do not ignore my calls, when clearly they do. I call from different numbers and they answer right away. However, when calling from my number they have on file, never answer. Never use this site!

Very unreliable and simply not honest. Even opportunities to get in touch with the proper authorities were missed, due to a lack of determination and support. Stay away and keep your money at your own account. You have been cheated, here you get cheated twice. STAY AWAY!

Got scammed 2023, Since then their "team" would effortly try to recover the amount of 95.000 $. After tons of emails forth and back, templates to get get filled, managers that got replaced, i got a nice email, with a nice text saying, well there isnt anything we can do and we close your case. Now my logic is asking me. Since they got payed and they didnt delivered even 1 cent, how moraly is it to keep the money that i payed. So, dont trust this type of companies, they arent able to help you out. To sad to see people making profit from others pain. Stay away from online justice my concusion and be careful..

I kept being moved to new case workers, when I tried to reach out to the previous case worker, no responses back. I would constantly have to reach out for updates. They tried to send a letter to my bank and a few other places. No luck and weeks and months go by with no contact. If you get scammed accept it, no point of losing more using a service like this. After being dormant for over a year they reached out to advise my case is closed. Enjoy my $$$$$$$$!
