I love how... fast they are. Indeed, you need to do just THREE steps to get information about any real estate you need. When I was in search of a new home to move out, I used Online House Report to get info about those buildings I was interested in. The report is quite comprehensive, you receive loads of data to process and ponder on. I don't say that I have chosen something from what I asked them about, because I eventually picked another house, but how it was convenient GUYS! Can't express...
This site is an absolute scam beware. I used the site for my property tax and it states fee as $1.00 fee.
I did not see a simple way to download the information. The information provided was very good considering I only paid $1.00 I did have to request a refund for the extra cost that was automatically charged without my notice/consent. Their representative was helpful.

I had some trouble at first, too many windows to complete info in. It could not find my first property at all. On my other property info was correct but distance to local school not accurate.
