I ordered fabric for a chair reupholster project. I ordered before reading any reviews. My experience was great. My fabric arrived 5 days after I placed the order, came well packaged on the bolt, was the correct yardage. The price was 40% less than other sites. I'm glad I gave them a chance and didn't cancel my order after reading negative reviews. The only negative I can say is that I signed up for their online account, and the shipping status was not updated. On the other hand, it was a pleasant surprise to find my fabric waiting for me when I got home from work today.

Don't listen to the poor reviews and give this company a chance. I actually cancelled an order when I read some of the reviews only to later learn that this company is 100% responsive, what a mistake! As it turns out, I did end up getting some fabric which was received promptly and beautiful. The material is gorgeous and will be used for decorative pillows, dandelion-yellow. Don't let Covid ruin them.

I ordered some samples that took forever to get to me with no tracking but this was during Covid and it was to be expected And when I inquired, they responded fast with and knew about my order of the samples and was able to give me an eta then. When I ordered the fabric, it had arrived within the estimated time and had tracking. Also when I connected with their customer service via Facebook, I got a response back quickly. I was extremely happy with my purchase and will be buying again

Only issue i had was order took a bit longer than I had hoped but order came in just as ordered and complete, will order again from this company!

They response was prompt, tracking # on point. Communication was direct. When they stated my item would be delivered on the day stated it was. Thank you! Will be doing more business very soon!

I have ordered from a few online fabric stores and this store was by far my best experience. If I'm going to order fabric online it's because I'm looking for something cheap in price but still decent quality. I ordered 8 yards of crepe back satin and 6 yards of chiffon. Both were top quality. The chiffon was just excellent and honestly better than I expected. My order arrived on a long roll that prevented wrinkles or fold lines. My product arrived within 4 business days of my order. I am so pleased with my fabric and will without a doubt order from them in the future.

I ran into a problem after receiving fabric, via this site. My yardage was short. Their staff resolved a messy situation, complicated by a lengthy process. I cannot recommend online fabricstore.com enough.

I placed an order on 8-8-2016 for 50 raschel bags. (Polyester mesh bags for garden produce.) E-mail confirmation of order arrived 8-9. The product was received on 8-11. The bags were exactly as advertised on the website and there was no shortage of quantity shipped. I would definitely use this e-store in the future.

I placed an international order (Canada) for a Belgian linen that would have been prohibitively expensive for me to order from Restoration Hardware. I did so with quite a bit of trepidation given the reviews on this site and the issues some customers appear to have had with shipping and quality. I even called customer service to make sure that the fabric in question was, in fact, in stock before I placed the order. I expected shipping to take a long time based on reviews, but I was not overly concerned since the project I purchased the fabric for is not urgent. Happy to report that the fabric arrived in under a week! The item is identical to the sample I received and appears to be very high quality (although I have not unrolled the entire 12 yards). I am very pleased with my experience.

Excellent experience. I read all the reviews before ordering and called the company with my concerns. The customer service rep, Charlene, answered right away. She explained that sometimes they have to wait for the product from distributors, but that the burlap I wanted to order was in stock. She also explained that emails sometimes go into a person's junk mail and they don't look for them there and think they are not being answered. So she eased my concerns. She even gave me her direct line so I could contact her for any issues. The fabric was shipped the next day and I tracked it on line with no problem and it arrived in three days. Charlene even told me that I needed to order burlap that had been treated with a vegetable base so that it did not have a petroleum smell. This is something I would not have known to even ask about. My experience was perfect, from the customer service to the shipping time and costs to the end product. I will definitely order from this company again. I feel bad that they have so many negative and not as many positive experiences that people report. Maybe it is just that people who have a good experience may not be inclined to report it, but as for myself, it was great! One other comments as to customer service... Charlene explained that sometimes burlap can be "stamped" with various wording. So, as the burlap is for a beach wedding, she sent a note to the warehouse to say that when the 32 yards was cut to avoid any writing and they did! My experience was a 5 without any hesitation.

Like some others on here, after reading the reviews I was nervous about placing an order with this company. I had received my samples in a week, prior to reading reviews, but found no other alternatives to the fabric I wanted. I placed an order through them on Saturday the 15th and received it today! I was very excited to also get a confirmation email that came with a tracking number, as well as seeing my order was insured. Very pleased with the care they took as well as the speedy arrival. I can't wait to order from them again!

I ordered these burlap sacks to cover my plants in the winter, they were exactly what I wanted and came at a reasonable time with a UPS tracking number. I was a little worried about buying because of all the bad reviews, but everything was just fine.

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were fantastic. I recently purchased 25 yds of fabric to make drapes. They are now hanging in my family room and look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yds to make a matching roman shade. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval. I will always go to onlinefabricstore. Net prior to paying the crazy interior designer prices!

This is the e-commerce site of Osgood Textiles. I ordered my fabric on Tuesday afternoon, used their free shipping and had my fabric the next Tuesday. I could follow its journey across country via the UPS tracking. I got lucky as the fabric the decorator wanted $53.50/yard was only $11.95 on clearance. I did notice that some of the most negative reviews are from 2011. I'd order from them again.

I have ordered fabric from them many times, always good prices and good service and prompt delivery. This time I needed extra attention as the fire chief had asked for a fire flame certificate before I purchased a particular fabric. On Line Fabric Store's customer service follow through was exceptional. Every day they let me know where they were with obtaining it from the manufacturer and after two weeks of them contacting and following up with the manufacturer they came through with it. This is the first time I ordered from this company. I was a little apprehensive because of the reviews I had read and my friend never received what she had ordered.
