Called Customer service Monday morning (4/26/21) to get a few questions answered, no wait, and now that I have the product I can see they gave me good info. Purchased 12 feet of heavy vinyl, ordered 10am Monday, received shipped notice on Thursday and received on Friday before noon (standard shipping, I am on the East Coast so shipping distance not too far). The item is exactly what I expected! Not sure why some have had a bad experience, so sorry to read that, but I am completely satisfied and will remember this store for future needs.

Ordered fabric and 8 weeks later still no fabric. Just an email every 2 weeks that the fabric is out of stock. If you have a deadline on a project don't shop here. The online store doesn't have live stock updates. So it's very likely you'll buy something out of stock. Thanks to them I lost a contract and when called to tell them what happened and that I'd like to cancel the order they didn't even apologize or try to fix it somehow.

Ordered fabric and 8 weeks later still no fabric. Just an email every 2 weeks that the fabric is out of stock. If you have a deadline on a project don't shop here. The online store doesn't have live stock updates. So it's very likely you'll buy something out of stock. Thanks to them I lost a contract and when called to tell them what happened and that I'd like to cancel the order they didn't even apologize or try to fix it somehow.

I ordered 4 fabrics. 2 arrived - weeks later than the estimated shipping date. The other two never arrived. The two that arrived looked vastly different from the images posted on the site. One was supposed to be green and it was a very true deep blue. The second was supposed to be a small block print and it arrived and was a huge block print. The relative size of the pictures online was completely inaccurate. The customer service team refused to authorize return of the fabrics. This whole business operation is shoddy -- beware!

Do not buy from them! Bad quality and bad customer service. I bought 10 yards of 63" wide muslin. After washing it, I found 14 dark brown stains that I know did not come from my washer. I asked for just a 25% refund since I could use most of it. Denied because I washed it before finding the stains on almost 23,000 square inches of fabric. Never buying from them again.

Don't buy from here. Fabric quality is bad.

I placed an order on 3/31 and have received nothing as of 4/28. I've reached out several times via email and over a dozen times on the phone, they haven't responded. My money has been on hold, "processing" making it unable to dispute the charge with the bank. This is very frustrating especially since I ordered the supplies to make masks/PPE to donate to health care workers. I won't shop here again and would strongly recommend avoiding OnlineFabricStore.net.

I ordered my fabric on 4/24/20 and received and email with order confirmation and that's it. Nothing since. I've emailed twice and now on the phone for over 30 minutes and can't get anyone to answer emails or my call. Status of order shows it's still not shipped. The world is coming back into order so this should NOT be such a back up for fabric or customer service. I'm appalled at their customer service. Especially during this time. I have no idea how to get my money back either. Terrible company and I'll make sure every review site knows it.

15 days in and i had not received a shipping notification. When i reached out to them for a status update, they did not respond. Unfortunately the fabric was not going to arrive in time for my husband's bday. A day later i asked them to cancel, which they did so quickly. No apology, no acknowledgement from their side for the delay, they just cancelled as if my order wasn't important to them. I will not be supporting them in any way again.

dont be like me--do your research first! reviews page on their site has all 5-star reviews, but they are very poorly rated on here for a reason.

Ordered Mid-August and checked in every week to get a tracking number. After 3 inquiries they now say it is back ordered and will arrive Mid-September. This is unacceptable. Crappy service. No product. But of course, they took my money same day as the order.

After waiting 17 days for my fabric and trying to reach them through emails with no responses and many phone calls and being put on hold for long periods of time with no response. I finally connected with them on Facebook messenger. They said my fabric was on back order and had no idea when it would come in. This is unacceptable they should have notified me right away. I told them to refund me and I purchased somewhere else. This is no way to run a business, stay away from this place.

Purchased more than months ago and haven't got my package yet.
Can't even track my package because it saids currently the store is not available...
How is that even possible.
Customer service is useless.
There just asking me same question over and over again. Feel like it's just a automatic reply.
This is a fraud company.
Please don't buy it.
I really regret my stupit purchase.

Steer clear of this company. I ordered fabric I needed for a project and they emailed me 6 days later to let me know it was on backorder. Poor customer service and I would rather order from a more reputable company and know I will be receiving my fabric within 6 days.

OFS used to have the best feather/down pillow inserts with the best pricing! What happened? I stopped ordering from them two years ago for my pillow store because the quality and price point were just not worth it. Unfortunately, they are the only supplier of 14" pillow forms and went ahead and ordered from them. Big mistake! There are back orders in top of the back orders. Ok, fine. I can deal with that. But, c'mon customer service rep... do you have to be so rude and condescending? This is no way to retain/gain customers.

Having ordered my fabric (value of around £70) and noticing the money had been taken from my account within hours, I assumed I'd get my order delivered speedily but no! Three weeks later and with NO communication whatsoever I emailed them. NO response! The following day I emailed them again. I got a voicemail telling me that DPD had lost my package and so I asked for the tracking number to chase it up myself... strange that because the very next day, without any tracking number my parcel arrived! Avoid this company please!

We ordered three down pillow inserts and got feathers only. We were on the insert pillow site, measured our pillow covers, put in all the info, and somehow got just feathers.
They would not talk to the owner nor disclose who the owners are. We paid $100 to ship the feathers back. We have ordered from them before and we were treated like they dont care if they have our business anymore. Dont buy from them. They cant get out if their box to help. Incompetent. May be dishonest as well.

Their website states ground shipping is 3-5 days with 1-3 days processing time. It's been 16 days since I placed my order and it hasn't shipped yet. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. All of a sudden they can ship my order now. I told them no - refund my money. We'll see what happens next. I would not trust them.

Please don’t bother. There are better sites out there.

I ordered Fabric sept 24, heard nothing for a week, submitted a ticket that was never responded. When I called and talked to someone Oct 5, he said it was backordered til Oct 24. No notification and no response to my support ticket. I imagine the whole thing was a scam and the fabric wasn't going to come. We'll see if I get refunded or not.

I cant get a straight answer. They are rude and unhelpful! I will never buy from them again.
Do yourselves a favor and dont fall for their slightly lower price. Ordered early December still haven't received fabrics they said would be available first week in January! Now they say end of month

If you like to do business with a company that is not honest you should deal with this company. I tried to do two reviews. One which was not positive but very straight forward about the issue of how they wrecked four yards of a fabric by surging the additional piece of fabric so poorly that it pulled the pattern of the fabric totally off grid and caused puckering of the middle of the fabric as well. I had checked the first half to 2/3 of the order and thought it was okay until I went to do the project. After chatting with a representative I was offered a 10 percent off coupon because it was not within the 30 day time limit. No problem. However my problem was what came next. When I did the first review I was not crude or accusatory but suggested not to have the additional piece surged in the future. They eliminated the review. Posted another one saying good job removing my poor review. They eliminated the review. Sooooo…put up another one that was very positive. Guess what! They left it up. Dishonest so you cannot trust what the reviews say! So they should get less than one for the service. However I give them a 5 for their dishonest and sneaky approach to reviews and service.

I order two day delivery servicing, needing for samples I ordered to get here quick so I could placed the order if the color was correct. I placed and paid for the order on the 15th of May. I called customer service that Wednesday thinking the samples would be here. She tells me the order. Was filled on the 16th of May and it should arrived Thursday. Thursday came and left and now it's Friday and I still don't have the samples. Call customers service and the representative said it should be here by 8 p.m. today, Friday! They have just lost a future customer!

Tip for consumers:
If you are in a hurry order somewhere, where two service actually mean two day service!

I ordered 2. Bolts of 108 navy tulle on April 19th and received a confirmation email. When I didn't receive my package by April 29th and it didn't show shipped I reached out the the company. I received an email that they didn't have it in stock? When were they going to contact me? Obviously never!
I called and they hung up on me and then the 2nd call the woman said sorry but it's not available and said she just worked there couldn't do anything! DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

They delay a simple order for fabric for weeks, then cancel the order without my approval. How does a fabric store not have fabric? Stay far away from this company.

Ordered a yard of fabric on 2/27/2020. Recieved an email confirmation about my purchase but nothing beyond that. It's currently March 10,2020 and I haven't received the package yet. Contacted customer service two days ago and they have yet to respond. Live Chat also seems to always be unavailable although it says 9a-5p service. They're horrible.

This is not a reputable business. I received defective merchandise and was told there will not be a refund but instead wanted to sell me something else in it place. Pay attention to the bad reviews. That tells it all.

Online Fabric Store is listed as both a ".com" and a ".net" address.

I'm part of a growing theater and film production company and I needed a specific fabric for our next production that isn't readily available at local shops. Online Fabric Store listed exactly what I needed but to make sure, I ordered swatches first. It took quite a bit longer than I expected to get the swatches. In fact I had already settled on another fabric that wasn't exactly what I needed. But when I finally got the swatches, they were perfect. So I ordered the fabric I wanted from them. Knowing the swatches took a long time to ship, I was patient waiting to get my order, despite their website stating "shipping in 3-5 business days". Today is two weeks since I ordered (9 business days) and I was going to call when I got an email saying one of the fabrics I ordered was on backorder and might be in stock again by March 31,2023. If they knew it wasn't available, why did they let me order it? Why did they wait 2 weeks to let me know it wasn't available? When I called customer "service", all I got was an apology (which I expected) but no effort to try to make up for it. When I asked to speak to someone up the chain of command because I don't like being angry at the guy answering the phones, he said he wasn't comfortable with that. So no one wants to take responsibility for their poor customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Call them and make sure they have it in stock before ordering online (which kind of negates the use of the website).

I've been waiting over 8 months for mine. Numerous emails and phone calls... no response. They sent the wrong product and cannot figure out what I am talking about. It is like English is a foreign language to whoever they have doing customer service. I am giving it up as a loss and lesson learned.
