The service met all my requirements, and I experienced no problems while using it. Really High recommended this company,,
I applied Feb 8.Paid expedited fees same day service they missed deadline. Then two day later still not done. I checked website it says I never responded and I did within 2 hour more than enough time get stuff done. Even past longest deadline they missed goal. Customer service only open Monday to Friday. No one working on weekends. Missed deadline waiting on refund for extra fees they just said look into it.
I am eagerly optimistic at the progress, recieved ppwk, now, on to the next step

Easy so far... went on line and answered some questions. Paid the fee and received my paperwork in 2 days. I recommend it if both parties agree on the divorce.

Had all the forms needed to file. Also, had the forms to settle the property split. Gave step by step instructions to file for divorce.

It was specific to my State divorce requirements
The items were needed to complete the divorce
Documents would benefit from proofreading by a legal professional or someone that knows correct formatting. Docs margins were too wide on the bottom, signature lines were split in half and there were numerous "widow-orphan" sentences hanging at the tops and bottom of pages which made the documents look very unprofessional. Otherwise, content was fine

Pretty easy. Compared to the price of a lawyer it is much cheaper. I had some issues downloading forms and they couldn't or wouldn't come up with a solution
Needed to give them a backup email to download forms but they refused

I don't like the fact that you didn't show the different levels of service up front and insinuated everything in your services was covered with the one 139- fee. Also there were other questions I had that just seemed to confuse the tech I talked to.
But after I continued the process myself it seemed to work out well, that's why I'm giving you 4 out of 5 stars

Fine experience. I was bombarded with calls and I wasn't able to print the forms out with the writing for some reason. I had to fill them out manually and use the pdf as guidance.

PI am just following along with their links to try and finalize. Not so smart to make me rate them before they have done 1 thing.

There isn't a place for community property and if there was, it wasn't labeled and wasn't specified as to what was considered community and how it would be divided
