Onlinecooljerseys

I ordered a Jersey from onlinecooljerseys.com for over a month ago, and I haven't got it yet. I tried to send them an e-mail, but I only got answers that made no sense and with a really bad english. I'm so pissed now. I have already payed for the jersey. I told them to ship it to Norway, cause I live here, then they told me that it would be 30USD extra, and thats OK but when I ask how to pay those 30USD, if I should pay it now or when I get the order, they won't answer... and I have the confirmation on my payment, and I even got a trackingnumber, but when I try to search on it on the onlinecooljerseys.com page it says that i haven't ordered it or i havent payed it... Very angry... dont know what to do...
