No problems or hesitations, very seamless process. There should be a warning that there is a $40 "handling fee" per ticket on top of the advertised price. I wasn't particularly surprised, but I really, really dislike those fake low prices; I wish people would just be straight up about what they want.

Everything looks legit so far. We'll see what happens. If this company is not legit I'll contact Connecticut AG and have them stopped from doing business in State

The transaction was nice and smooth until I realized that I paid an extra $75 for 3 tickets. I could have almost bought another ticket for that price. Too bad there isn't a way either decrease the "service" fee or allow me to pick them up at will call. I guess I can't complain too much considering the 3 seats right next to me they were selling for $100 more

Not sure why when i downloaded my tickets and printed them out i have someone elses name at top.Not sure if its a scam site or not.

Easy to navigate, but very vague when it comes to where exactly you'll be seated, and also they make it seem like the ticket insurance doesn't cost anything, and then when you've already completed your order, it tells you that you will be charges separately for the insurance though another source, and even then it still does not tell you how much the charge will be. Though its a good idea, there should be more information regarding the insurances price.

I was told I got some discount, and the email would show me the detail in the coming statement, however, when I open the email, nothing was there. The ticked is $122/pp, the service fee was about $37, about 30%, really too high as I have known. I paid $466.83, only got about $4/pp discount, it's very different from what I was told.(I was talking with Romeo) Please send me the detail of statement. If you changed more, please make a change. I purchased 2 tickets which were $40.00 plus and ended up paying in all, $127! Service charges are outrageous! Why? This puts me off going again or making recommendations to others. It seems an visit with your young grandson, ( no reduced prices for him or me, a senior, for an afternoon out at Bon Secours Arena, has become a very expensive undertaking, I'm sad to day! :(

The process was easy and fast; however, the service fees were high. Also, I bought two tickets and instead of putting us next to each other. We have a seat in between. I wasn't able to see specific seats until purchase had already been made. Hopefully, the seat doesn't sell or whoever buys it will switch with one of us. Probably won't use this site again.

Not HAPPY! About the $33.00 service charge per ticket. Ridiculous!

There is a little problem I have 2 tickets for me and my daughter for Cinderella coming up in May. I only saw the row and area when I purchased and 2 tickets which I assumed were right next to each other but now looking at them we are seat 9 and 11 so I hope if 10 is sold they won't mind letting me and my daughter sit next to each other. This was a little disappointing but I will hope for the best. So please somehow show seats before we purchase this was a bit misleading.

It was good. I'm old school would rather of went through the mail. I'm not a computer person and texting doesn't make me happy.

I received my tickets quickly but the fees charged were ridiculous and way too expensive! I'm not sure if I will use this website again.

I ordered three tickets for the Lindsey Stirling/Evanescence concert, and wish there was less confusion associated with that process. We wanted to sit in the lawn section with friends, but seats were numbered and sold for certain section. Had to call and wait on hold for a while only to be informed that there are no seats assigned in the lawn section since there are no seats there and no sections. Everyone sits wherever they manage to put their lawn chair or a blanket down. So why is the ticket buying process so difficult?

I paid more than $55 in service and delivery charges for 2 tickets. It's enough that it makes their low prices seem deceptive. I should have shopped around a little more... other sites had higher ticket prices, but maybe the total transaction would have been similar or even cheaper if they didn't have such ridiculous "hidden" fees.

Buying tickets on this website was simple and easy, but they really should tell you up front that the tickets need to be printed. Thank God I was home because the event Im going too is in 4 hours! And like other online ticket purchasing websites, the service charges are high, but no higher than others. Just have to bend over and say please sir, can I have some more...

Im not sure yes there is someone else name on my tickets witch i dont care about but I've been reading reviews about other people experienced problems with there tickets im just worried about them being fakes or multiple of the same tickets being sold i pray it's not true the tickets i bought are for the kid rock Brently Gilbert concert in West Palm Beach Florida October 13th 2018 and are cheap lawn seat tickets the cost was not bad yes more then face value but i knew that off hand just don't know till the day if they get us in

Using the site was easy, that was good! The only issues I have is that the site only allows shoppers to see seating Sections but Not seating itself, that's bad because I'd like to know if I'm paying top dollar of my $ am I being seated in the lower, mid or top of a Section. Do the rows start from 1-20 top to bottom or bottom to top? The next issue was the hidden fees that got taxed on per ticket, so my $140 ticket price went to $220 final cost!

Sad! People buy resell double price! Honest look forward to seeing willie but come on! I work to hard to give these lowest form of life people make money! Should be ashamed!

After looking at tickets at the Warner Theater site (pretty picked over), I looked here. I finally decided to suck it up and pay $99 for a $67 ticket cuz I wanted to see these people play. Oh, minimum 2 ticket purchase! I only wanted one. And what shows up for the first time in the final screen for purchasing? A $30 per ticket service charge!
At $265 for 2 tickets these are the most expensive I have ever bought, way out of my price range, but I'd like to see them (Tedeschi Trucks Band) at least once live.

Also, how about the 10% discount to include these large service fees? Trouble if these continue as there are other brokers not charging anywhere near these prices. Also, no option to print tickets. Now I must take my cell to the venue to get in with no other intent to use.

Should have just driven to the arena, no seat choice, just a vague section and row description, needed 3 seats so if there was a closer row with 4 seats available I was limited to buying only 2 or 4 seats. And $50 service fee, you have to be kidding, selling that many tickets you could build and run a new server for each event, and hire new staf to service them each time, total rip-off for what they offer, use a different service or just go to the arena...

I would have liked a better idea of seat available ( for 6) cause I received was box or lawn... went with lawn. My first concert in 8 years. Hope it's good.

This was my first time ordering from OnlineCity Tickets, so I was/am a tad nervous. The order process was smooth and trouble-free, but why wouldn't it. No company makes it difficult to give them money! I cannot yet confirm the ticket will work to get in obviously. One thing that sucked was the $35 fee. That's NUTS. But, that's what we get for dragging our feet to get a ticket before they sold out!
