So far so good, $4. More than Ticketmaster but less work and better option, ticket was cheaper by $16 a ticket than ticket masters but fees were higher whitch made it 4 dollars more but Ticketmaster sit was making me fill out too much stuff and then was having a problem processing my credit card, this site processed fast, E- Ticket has a charge and Ticketmaster is free, bottom line processing faster.

A scam DO NOT order from them. Will not send you the real tickets for your concerts. Called customer service to get more information and could not get ahold of anyone so I sent an email which was never answered. Finally go through a week later and they told me they are not a scam (something a scam company would say) and they would not refund my ticket that I never received. Be careful out there and make sure you are buying from a reputable seller. Lesson Learned

I wish I could give 0 stars! I bought my tickets through this company for Alan Jackson concert. I bought my tickets in 2020. The concert was rescheduled twice before finally coming to the same venue in 9/30/22.
When I took my One City tickets to be scanned, I was rudely told that my tickets were invalid. I was both devastated and frustrated. I will never buy tickets from this company again! I will also make sure that my friends and family will never buy tickets from this company either.

Tip for consumers:
Yeah, here’s my tip don’t buy from here. This company gets tickets from 2nd and 3rd parties that are shady and not legit!
I recommend buying from Ticketmaster directly!

I purchased tickets from this site, and quite simply, they were crap tickets that were rejected at the event!

Me obstructed view with no notice. Worst customer service. Call center outside USA. Waste of time. Paid 70 more a ticket than other sites. First and last time

Got to the show and sat in our seats and a worker came and said we have to get up right when the show was starting because we were in someone elses seats, when right on our tickets we were in the exact seats we were suppose to be! She said we have to go down to box office to get this sorted out because both of us were sold the same seats. So we missed the first 30 mins of the show and we had 7 kids wanting too see the show! We were all so upset!

I needed to know where the seats were located in the row and they couldn't tell me. I needed to have seats near the isle because my wife has bad knee's. The tickets are non refundable and I was promised they were great seats. Unfortunately, I was sold seats 13 and 14, which means she will have to crawl over 12 people to get to our seats. And no leg room.The next tickets I purchased for a different concert were through Ticket Master and I was able to pick my seats! That's where I'll keep buying my concert tickets from now on.

So I got Jimmy Buffett tickets and thet just rescheduled the concert for NEXT year! They will not give me a refund! I can underdtand if it is rescheduled a couple of weeks or a month out, but a year. I might not even be in the state in a year or even dead. This is complete BS and is just robbery. Anyone else have this issue. I usually buy from Ticket Master and they have always given refunds. I could not buy from Ticket Master and could only buy from this site. This seems like it should be illegal to do this. Anyone that can help, i would appreciate it.

There was garbage everywhere and a strange smell. At one point I saw a fight that didn't get broken up. I did not feel safe.

First I was charged over $50 more than what I was shown when I hit purchase, then they would not let me cancel or refund me when I immediately called. I contacted my bank to dispute this charge and then they paid me back only the $50 that was overcharged, but when i went to pull up my tickets they were not available and said it was because I was refunded. I asked for proof of my refund, because i had purchased tickets for $187, but they refused and said I needed to contact my bank. Now I am out $137. And have no tickets. Look on the BBB site and it's all the same.

Sold me a $100 concert ticket for an evening performance, then THEY change the time to 2 PM, conflicting with my established plans for the day. Should be an easy matter to exchange for another day and definitely honorable to refund me, but NOOOOOooooo...

And I can't get a human on the phone, so I just get annoying emails about how they can't do anything for me. Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you...

If you purchase tickets through this outfit and get your dates wrong you are screwed. No refunds, no ifs ands or buts. Their customer service is hideous it's basically non-existence and the only way you can contact them is through email. They hide behind their computer screens because they don't want to deal with you. Do not I repeat do not do business with these people you will be very disappointed! They overcharge for tickets and add-on an exorbitant service fee.

I called in to purchase a set of tickets. The representative informed me I could choose my seats. I kept him on the line during the purchasing process. He informed me I would receive an email that would let me purchase specific seats.

I ended up receiving a random seat assignment. I confronted the sales rep and asked why he had lied to me. He did not say much and transferred me to customer service.

This is one of the worst ticket buying experiences I have ever had. Don't lie to your customers!

Not sure how they have such high reviews but they probably created fake ones! This site is a scam! Be careful when buying tickets also because there's no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds! And they won't help you if you have any issues! Not worth risking! There are other legit sites out there!

Ordered 2 tickets for $239 ea. When order processed i was charged $170 service fee. They hide that info in the upper left hand corner off of your screen so you dont know. I tried to cancel the order through customer service and they said "sorry". BBB should shut them down.

I bought 2 tickets to a concert and had the "fees" included in the price. I was quoted a price of $89.00 and an extra $7.50 for instant delivery. Upon checking my email, I noticed that I was charged $253.00! I tried chatting with them, but they were closed, so I sent an email which they have not responded to yet. I got the tickets and there is fine print at the bottom that states the following: "*OnlineCityTickets.com does not provide refunds or exchanges for ticket transfers that were not accepted or declined. All sales are final." I was directed to this site directly from the Venue's website, which I now believe was hacked somehow. I bought another ticket as I had another guest wanting to join us, but this time went to Ticketmaster and only paid $81.25 including fees. TOTAL RIPOFF!

I purchased a ticket months ago from a James Ferrier for the July 25th Khalid concert.

Once at the gate, my ticket was scanned numerous times and came up continuously as being INVALID.

I was then sent to the box office where they scanned the ticket and told me it had been "doctored" by the seller.

This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing! For one, I overpaid for the ticket over $100 and then to be scammed!

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as posting this complaint and warning my friends and family not to do business with this company!

Tickets purchased in January and the concert is in 4 days. No tickets delivered. Email sent to OnlineCity, with no response. I just called customer service and was on hold for 1 hr and 40 min, then disconnected. The venue is refunding ticket purchases, if requested, due to the Covid spike. Unfortunately, I had not purchased tickets through their site as I could not find up-close seats. Having been hospitalized for Covid myself, my wife and I do not wish to attend the concert. OnlineCity will not refund the tickets nor have they been delivered so I can resell them. Customer service is not a priority with OnlineCity. Buyer beware.

Tip for consumers:
Do not plan on receiving quick customer service, if any.

Products used:
The tickets purchased were not received to date (four days before the concert event). Due to the Covid spike, my wife and I are not going. I need the tickets in hopes of re-selling them. The window of opportunity is quickly closing for me to recoup any of the $400+ I paid OnlineCity.

Please don't buy tickets from these thieves! Always buy directly from the event organizers. My event was cancelled (or as they call it postponed INDEFINITELY) and they don't want to give me my $300 back. The venue was giving money back to everyone, on the spot, at the time when the event was supposed to happen, but since I purchased my tickets from these thieves, I can't get my money back. If the organizer is returning money, I don't understand why they can't return (please don't say policy as you know this is bull$#*!). INDEFINITELY can be in 5 years when I will not be able to attend. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!

This place is a total rip off. Go the BBB and look them up, a lot of people are complaining. I got bait and switched to their site, thinking I was buying real tickets. Once I realized what had happened, and that I paid 2x as much for tickets I could have just bought from Ticketmaster, (which was as soon as I clicked pay) I called to cancel my order. After 2 days of trying to get a hold of them, someone finally answered and told me there was nothing they could do.

Unfortunately I came across this website when I was trying to purchase two tickets to Mumford and son. I was unaware that this was a RESALE ticket sight. I bought my tickets for almost double the face value amount and was charged almost 70 dollars in service fees. My tickets were bought back in October of 2018 and I was told that I would have my seat numbers and section ONE WEEK BEFORE the concert. I have been patiently waiting for 5 months. This is now one week before the concert and we still do not have our tickets or seats. I talked to Dago in the escalated complaints department and he informed me that in the "fine" print of the website's policy it states that they can hold your tickets until 24 hrs before the event and even though I was told I would have tickets a week before. Dago said "If" you do not have a seat by then, you will receive a full refund. What kind of assurance is this? I want to know that I have seats to see the concert or I want a refund so I can buy the tickets somewhere else that can assure me that I will have a seat. We have one week until the event and I don't know if I have a seat until 24 hrs before it starts. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a ticket website. Customer service just wants to tell you that you should of read the small print that basically lets them do whatever they want.

Every one don't fit into all policies across the board. Denied on line purchase for something with another vendor that was disputed. REALLY! Glad to be rejected and I promise never to visit the site again

Bought tickets for a concert in January 2018... it is now the day of the concert (September 2018) - still no tickets! When I call they say the "seller" will resend the tickets. They haven't. When I ask for a refund the guy says I can only get a refund if the concert cancels.
I am told to go to the venue - if I still don't have tickets they will help me.
Complete Bull$#*!! This is a big evening for me and my wife; hotel by the venue, date night etc. Its a F++king Scam!
