Onlinechemshop

I ordered a package last monday, they say there wearhouse is in cameroon, they use unique cargo shipping as there shipping company, they have a few phone numbers but no one ever calls me back. I have put into almost 500 dollars including the package i have bought, they keep saying i need a temporay research card for the package delievery and also a stamp called EPC, i paid the one and then they sent me a receipt stating i already paid the EPC witch i paid the other one, so thats got me thinking its fishy. I have a working tracking number and it says its in sudbury canada only 10 horus from my house but needs the EPC, why would a package get that far and stop all of sudden. The site has been in maitence for 2 days and they sent me a message stating it, They are smart and evey site is very well made. Wondering if anyone has used or ordered from it before it went down for maintenance.
