Overly complicated website, less than professional staff, and it's one of those sites where almost every action is accompanied by some special "reason" that it can't just work properly. Live chat will say "online now" when it's not. Commas aren't even in the correct places in website prompts and instructions. It's so unprofessional and poorly put together, and they've been at it since 2008. Just another "small business", that specializes in one thing, and doesn't seem to care about doing it well.

The best aspects of this product is reducing the need for handwritten checks and all check data is retained for reference. It is very convenient. I had already tried several check writing programs, but none had the same feature of issuing both the check and the cover letter on the same page. I find this extremely useful, since I write a good number of checks each month. Customization is very nice and powerful. I did appreciate being able to reuse some QuickBooks check paper I had left for one of my account without much fuss.

About a year ago i sigh up for online check writer but then this year i closed that online check writer but it was a mistake so i tried to call customer service and explain that i blocked my online check writer by mistake so i tried to tell them to unblocked my account but they refuse to do that i tried to send them my photo id and me but they said that is not clear so they told me not to call them anymore they said that my profile is fake which is not true so that's it ill never used online check writer again crazy people

Hello, i have registered with this site and after giving them my confidential information about me and my bank account, they automatically slap me with auto block for no reason i contact support and they never give a good reply. I guess its bunch of dudes at the back of the websites taking advantage of so call check to steal people confidential information. Than You
