Great Morning checking on my email and found this newsletter at first I didn't believe the discount because it is too affordable I tried to call on their sales representative and they are so helpful. I got my JBL Bass Pro Hub for $399.95 take not it is free shipping and arrived 2 days after placing my order! Finally my car audio project is done! Would definitely recommend this. FYI. I checked here before purchasing doubted them first but the moment I placed the order I received an email from them and their policy clearly states everything that you need to know regarding their returns and all the fees applies when returning the item. So far so good!

I purchased a double din pioneer unit from them and received it on 11/15/2022. The shipping box was damaged, the radio box was pierced, there was no packing in the box,and have of the features work on the radio. I called the company and told them the situation. At first, they wanted me to pay shipping for a defective "new item". Then, they said since the shipping box was damaged they would pay shipping and I would receive a new radio. I provided all pictures asked. It's been almost 3 months and I still have not had my issue resolved. I have called multiple times and been given the run around. I was told they are waiting on UPS to accept the claim. That was a month ago. I called two days ago and was told a supervisor was going to call me due to the long time frame. Still waiting on that call. I will never purchase from them again. The picture of the radio box is worse than it looks on the picture.

I will never purchase from this website and I put it on my Facebook for my 5000 friends. I spoke to 2 people in Asia and they just hang up on you. They don't understand English well either. I simply went online to make a purchase. Then the next day I get an email saying "oh we can't ship your order because we don't have your phone number". After going through several back-and-forth emails with customer service and tech support for a defective head unit and trying to determine if the issue was with the head unit or the install my ticket was cancelled before any decision was made or any resolution to my issue. I had to contact them and have the "ticket" re-opened which took multiple emails. They seem to not want to accept that I am currently an ASE Certified Master Tech with automotive electrical being one of my specialties. After going back and forth multiple times, removing the head unit multiple times (to give the requested data) they did finally offer me an RMA # with the understanding I pay the shipping charges and potential restocking fees(?). I even offered to upgrade my unit and pay the difference but there was no response to that. If nothing else, charge my card and send me a new unit and refund me when you receive the defective unit.? Nope. Customer service at OnlineCarStereo.com is a complete failure and is abysmal at best. I understand they deal with problems daily and some of them are not legitimate, but you CANNOT treat all of them like they are not legitimate failures in the products you sell (that is why there are warranties given from the manufacturer). They really should be ashamed of their customer service and tech support departments, I know I am and I don't even work for them. If I did, there would be some extensive training taking place..

Products are great, but when it comes to customer services they are bad at their services. They charge you for every little thing and they start making up stuff as they go to avoid telling you the truth. Do not expect a good phone customer service cause they are not. Product is good overall, but if you choose something incorrectly then you will be stuck with customer service and it will be annoying.

I ordered from Onlinecarstereo.com because they had what I was looking for in stock and as part of their normal inventory. Upon placing my order, confirmation email sent out automatically, and then two days later I got the shipping notification. The down side, is that I received an email stating that half of my order was "Special Order Only", and would ship at a later date. When I asked about this I received no response. Couple of days later I reached out to their customer service asking about the other half of the shipment. No response. Then they sent me a "How did we do?" email as though their customer service actually did something when no one had reached out to me. I gave them the lowest rating I could give. Within 15min of that review finally got someone to reply to me.
Here's the best part, the items I ordered weren't special order only, they were showing in stock on their website, and yet still they didn't know why it hadn't shipped and stated it was likely due to lack of inventory. Okay, I get that, annoyed by the lack of response (Even an automated message), but I understand online isn't always right. I was told they'd receive the product the following Mon/Tue and that I would get a shipping confirmation mid week. End of the week, I reach out by phone, and they don't know why it hadn't shipped... again. Few minutes on hold and they said I'd be getting a shipping notification shortly for the rest of my items.
Just close shop. Seriously, I could do it better using Amazon marketplace, and make sure that my customer's at least got an automated response with an expected response time so they aren't left hanging. Shipping and operations can be hard but to let something slip when the customer has been reasonably following up is ridiculous and shows that Onlinecarstereo.com hasn't adapted to the times. From what information I got, the truck arrived Mon and everything inventory was updated Tuesday, I would have expected to ship those orders Wed at the latest, but the fact I had to call in and your guy Gio only ships it after being reminded is just painful to experience. Next time I'll stick with Amazon and Crutch Audio, at least I can get the most basic of customer service from them, and I'm not left wondering if they ran off with the rest of my money or if they'll ever ship my order.

This was the worst customer service I have ever come across. The product we ordered was on back order and if you notice that isn't stated anywhere under the products or upon check out. We knew because of the pandemic things were running slower, but after 6 weeks of absolutely nothing we reached out to customer service. The lack of accountability and communication was so disappointing. Aside from all this, I had to constantly email asking about my order. They asked if we would like to get a different radio which I ended up finding out that 2/3 of the radio options they sent me for what we were originally looking for, were on back order and all the radios were above our original price range, the highest being $300 more than what we originally purchased. Had customer service been better I wouldn't have minded paying the difference, but I decided to take my business elsewhere and I'm glad I did. I asked for a refund and I was told they would "request to cancel my order" after not hearing back for a week I had to reach out again. I was told on a Friday we would receive the refund on Monday. No refund Monday so I asked about my order/refund AGAIN. I wanted to know about how long the turn around time was and why I kept getting put off. I was simply told "you will receive an email once you've been refunded". It wasn't until I sent another lengthy email explaining my frustration that I was finally refunded. It happened about 10 mins after it sent my email. Here we are over a week later & customer service decides to tell me they issued my refund.
I HIGHLY do not recommend this company. They wasted about 7-8 weeks of our time. Just save yourself some trouble and avoid the headache.

I would give them a zero if i could! OnlineCarStereo is by far the worst company I've delt with. Stay away and don't spend your money with this company or you'll regret it. I ordered a custom speaker box and was sent the wrong box. They refused to exchange it and I am now stuck with something I can't use. I guarantee you'll regret doing business with them.
I ordered a stereo for my son for Christmas, received a text that stereo was on back order and they recommend another one at same price. I switched for that one that they recommened but once received it doesnt come with remote like the original one i wanted. They offer free shipping but my son wanted to return for one that was more money. I requested a discounted shipping label to return and was told i would only have to pay a 10% restocking fee and label would be no more than $10 dollars. I was going to get store credit and purchase the other one but was told you don't get free shipping with store credit use but i could get refunded back to my card and reorder again to get free shipping, makes no sense but ok. At that time i asked how much my store credit would be and was supposed to receive a call back but instead received an email saying credit would only be $183.90 on a $239.95 stereo. No more than $35 should have been taken out. I called once again and they are charging to ship the stereo back and also the original shipping from the first one you ordered. There is nothing in writing that states that.

I recently purchased a Alpine Halo ILX- F411 and I can say a couple of positive things.
First the shipping a packaging was very good(got the unit within 3 days) and secondly the head unit it's impressive.
Now comes to the issue with the unit, it is massive and not proportionate to my dash.
When I reached out to OnLine Car Stereo I informed them of my issue and also let them know that I head and ordered a Alpine Halo ILX-F409 which will be more proportionate to my dash and I was wishing to return the F411.
In their email response I was informed that I would be charged the restock fee plus I would have to pay for the return shipping.
In all I would take over a $150 loss if I returned it.
This is absolutely preposterous if I had purchased locally or even through Amazon I would NOT be charged any of these fees.
Also if I paid more attention to this policy I would NOT have ordered the second unit.
Because of this I've decided to keep the first unit and try to resell it and I will not be purchasing from OnLine Car Stereo again instead I will purchase locally!

Purchased a kenwood unit from them and they shipped it quickly enough. Ended up not being able to use the unit and inquired about returning. Was sent an email with specifics regarding returns. I followed their return rules (RMA) and then waited. They took far too long to refund any money and the amount they refunded was less than what I was entitled to according to their own policy that they provided to me. After several emails I was refunded a little less than 85%. Their restocking fee is 10%. When I inquired I was told that I was being charged 10% of list price (not what I paid) and that they were charging me for shipping to return the item - even though I paid for shipping and insurance to get it back to them.
Be warned - sketchy business practices, poor communication, and you better hope that nothing goes wrong - I can't even imagine trying to place a warranty through this fly by night company. They were NOT the cheapest price, and NOT the highest price, but seemed reputable based on their website. Wished I had check out their reviews first:(

I ordered an Alpine head unit and Alpine amp. The amp was fine but the head unit had issues. After 3 phone calls and 3 failed promises of a return call from a tech, I called again to just get return instructions. I paid for return shipping and heard nothing for 2 weeks after the tracking said it was received. That was Aug 17. I finally called and was told that in fact they found the unit to be defective. I was told they would ship another and did not give me an option for a refund. 2 weeks later, no replacement so I called again and said "It's been a month please just give me a refund" and all I got was excuses and was told it would cost another $20 to ship the replacement! 2 weeks later I called and after a heated argument I was told I would get a refund. 2 weeks later I called AGAIN to find out what the deal was and they said a refund would be coming the next day. Well, 2 months after they received a defective product, I get my refund MINUS 27% RESTOCKING FEE! I'm out $100 and hours on the phone with these criminals. DO NOT RISK IT! STAY FAR AWAY!

Ordered "brand new" speakers. Got an unsealed box of mounting hardware without the speakers. (!) Paid $140+
Escalating with the vendor and PayPal. Notice how your credit card has trouble working? They want you to use PayPal because they get the money right away, and it's way harder for you to get your money back.
Nobody else had these speakers, because the company (JL Audio) is set to release updated product lines. Needed to match the speakers already in my system. Took a chance. Got screwed. DON'T DO IT. Hopefully you see this review in time.

I bought car speakers from this website. Before I received them, I tried to stop the order because I sound out the speaker wouldn't fit my car. As soon as I received the merchandise, I sent it back without opening. In order to return the order, I had to pay for the shipping. Once they received the item, it took 11 days for them to process the refund and to add insult to injury, they charged me a shipping fee. How do you asses a shipping fee and I paid to have it shipped back to you? Also, they charge a restocking fee! Please don't waist your time here because they are not for the customer.

I tried ordering on line an item that was back ordered with most vendors. The online checkout didn't work, so I call. Somehow, a lady picked up and took my credit info promising this item will ship same day (Friday) or next business day. The following week, checking their site, the order status was "shipped" but no further info was available. 8 days later, I called to check on the order, after 40 minutes of constant attempt (you will get thrown to voice mail after 3 minute), I got a guy on the line that upon deeper look told me the item is back ordered and never shipped.

Why did you charge my card on an item you claim you have but you don't? I asked for a refund. I already have this item which Abt had in stock. But the refund from OnlineCarStereo never came. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and awaiting resolution. This place put me through so much troubles.
