OBC is the best online book club ever! I've been a member since 2016, and I love being part of such a positive community. I've connected with people all over the globe that I otherwise would have never had the opportunity. It's a great place to make friends, discover new reads, and even win some cash (I won $20 in the drawing on 4/24/21... yay! Thank you!). A big thank you to Scott, founder of OBC, for providing a community where all are welcome and where everyone's voice is valued. Much appreciated!:-)

Overall, very satisfied, but at the risk of being 'picky' I was surprised the reviewer made a few minor errors when providing her synopsis which, to me, suggested her notes may have been mixed and/or confused as a result of reviewing too many books at one time.

Onlinebookclub.org offers a unique opportunity for readers and writers. Although I don't work as a writer, I read books offered by onlinebookclub.org and leave formal reviews. In return, my reviews receive a formal, thoughtful, and helpful critique that helps me write better. In addition, I am paid for each review. Novice writers receive constructive feedback on their books, and I become a better writer while enjoying new authors. What a deal!

My experience with online book club has truly been a pleasurable one. The support team was there for me every step of the way to assist in responding to my questions or concerns. I was also impressed with the measures taken (in the process) to assure the author was satisfied with the reviewer. Justin did a great job on thoroughly reading and evaluating my book. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I look forward to submitting other books for review and advertising through the online book club.

I stumbled on this wonderful network some weeks ago on a friend's profile on LinkedIn. I subsequently subscribed as a reader and a reviewer, just to check it out and maybe have some fun. I had been quite sloppy in my reading habits lately.The email follow-up and reminders for tasks are awesome and keep me up my toes. The website has very easy-to-use navigation bars. The books of the day are also top notch. I already like it here and I believe I'd stick around a long while.

As a member of Online Book Club, this is my third time using the service. My satisfaction with the reviews is high. There has been a fairness on their part. In addition, I appreciate the reviewers' feedback on what could have been improved.

I have been a member of OBC for a few years. At first, I had doubts, since it's hard to believe that you can earn money just by reading and reviewing books. Indeed, it was certainly not easy with all the requirements you need to meet. However, after fulfilling them, I'm able to receive rewards for my efforts, such as payment after my reviews are published or payment for The First Ten program.

Amazing to be able to connect with so many people, and to feel so supported by the event organiser. At no point did I feel that Online Book Club wanted anything else but a successful outcome for me. From the moment I first decided to go ahead with the promotion, Online Book Club were in regular contact to make sure that I was making all the necessary preparations, and when the day of the promotion came, it could not have gone any smoother. All-in-all, a fantastic experience, and I would not hesitate to do it again.

I joined onlinebookclub.org in February 2024, and since then I have been having a great time reading books, learning about authors, reviewing books, and connecting with world-class people.

I get quality feedback and book-review payments on time. So, I think it's also helping me to build my language, observation, and life skills.

It also makes me happy to connect with onlinebookclub.org on social media. I am very grateful to Scott Hughes and the team at onlinebookclub.org. They are influencing my life positively. Thank you very much.

Let me be honest and admit that I was somewhat afraid to have my book reviewed. But I knew it was an important step for me to take. I found the OnlineBookClub reviewer to be fair and her feedback to be extremely useful. The review covered everything: content, grammar, approach, etc. There are millions of books out there and if you want your book to be taken seriously, I strongly recommend that you take this step. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner.

I've only joined a couple of hours ago but, I can honestly say it is worth it! My experience is genuinely amplified by the enticing books & titles but, mostly the captivating reviews. They're somewhat brief, insightful assessments that nearly portray the likeness of the illustrations verbatim. I hope you take my word for it, because my description hasn't been tainted by money/compensation. It emanates from my newfound fascination contributed by personal experience.

I was very impressed with the reviewers report and especially interested in my spelling errors. Sometimes the English spelling ( and I am English) differs from the American spelling but I will definitely re publish the book and get the spelling the reviewer suggested corrected.

Great reviews - nice people. Love the enthusiasm of all those who saw something different in this complex page turner! Roll on the sequel.

It is a lot of work to review for this site. You will eventually get paid but you have to put in a lot of work. They have guidelines for reviews, which each person that reads the reviews has a different take on them. I feel like the reviewing process is not very personal. Some admins don't like when you have too much of a personal opinion in your reviews.

The experience was most worthwhile. To receive positive comments about my short story from discerning, interested and learned critics were most rewarding and worthwhile. I was also afforded the opportunity to outline the importance of such promotions in greatly increasing an awareness of my work on the international scene. Three of my short stories promoted through this medium are currently being converted into film scripts for consideration as movies.

The folks at Online Book Club have been most helpful throughout the review process and the promotional aspects of my novel. I am very pleased with how the "Book of the Day" promotion was rolled out, and for the lead-up information as presented to me by Melissa et al. It will be very interesting indeed to see what the results of the promotion are re sales figures going forward.

I inquired into purchasing a promotional package for my fiancé's new book as a birthday gift. Scott was absolutely fantastic and totally took care of me and helped with my situation. Other than being a great platform for free books and generating reviews, their customer service is top notch. Really grateful for these guys!

I joined this platform a few months ago, and I am satisfied. There were some misunderstandings, however, as soon as the administration found out they immediately eliminated the problems. I think this platform is excellent for both reviewers and authors. Anyone who doubts the legitimacy of this website, believe me here your work will be appreciated. All the processes will go much faster than indicated on the website and also of course none of your reviews will be left without an editor rating.

Trust yourself and don't give up because everything you think becomes your reality and God is with you so follow him all the way stay away from negativity in your life honestly I really do enjoy reading so keep the positive books only

The first reviewer on Friday January 19 2024 read my stories and found a good quality for all of them. The review from today Saturday January 20,2024. By Issac Oh, said my writings were bad and a waste of time to read. It is Issac Oh's review that counts I would imagine. I asked for honesty, I do want that. I just do not understand why the first reviewer says at least interesting reading And the second reviewer can say my stories should not be read. Thank you for this comment space. Marcus Romanzo

Awsome site! There was NOT 1 book / author that I could think of, searched, and couldn't find! Their e-books are are well categorized so if you just feel like reading but not sure what, they have a solution for that! You can browse / search by category (obviously) - education, historical, science-fiction, etc. You can even search by things like moods such as - love stories, sad, gangster, etc. Best part is that its all FREE!

They were very supportive when I expressed unhappiness with a reviewer who only gave me a 3 rating after praising me many ways as a writer. The 3 rating was rather obviously because of his ideolological belIefs which should not enter into evaluation of one's writing. Online Book Club understood my grievance, and assigned another reviewer, free of charge, who gave me a 4.
