Onfair product is truly outstanding and everyone loves the headrest units. My kids really enjoy watching movies, playing games and uploading pictures to see. It's a big help to have this in my truck when it's time to travel. I'm very pleased and I will recommend your product to everyone I know. Additionally, the customer service is what you expect from a high quality organization. Big Kudos Brandon!

Purchased 2 headrest DVD system worth almost $600. One of the DVD player sent was not working. The company made me pay for return shipping and for them to ship a replacement. Their justification is that if you bought it from a local store, you will drive back there to return the item. Yes it kinda make sense but I spent $45 in shipping costs. I don't think I would spend that much on gas. On top of this bad experience, both DVD players stopped working after about 18 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased HERO-Y 9 inch Car TV Touch Screen kit. The installation was easy and pretty much plug and play. The only time consuming part was running wires and tucking them away so your foot can't kick, tug or pull on them. The Add-A-Fuse made for a simple way to provide power to the screens. My two little one's love them. There was one issue I had with one of the headsets. The right speaker on one of the headsets was faulty and did not work. I contacted customer service at onfair and received a prompt response from Brandon. They will be shipping me out another headset that has two working left and right speakers. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and taking care of the customer! Keep up the great service.

One last thing i would like to share with anyone interested in purchasing this item. The headset fits my 3 year old's head perfectly. My other child is 7 and they fit perfect as well and are comfortable. The one headset that has good working speakers, sounds great and is loud and clear.

I bought 2 headrest set. The R side broke after first use. I wrote, they wrote back and said, "I notice you didn't get the 30 day warranty." My L headrest broke and it hasn't been even a year! I am out all my money. Onfair advertises like it it a family friendly company ready to help you. The only thing they want is your MONEY!

They either do not answer questions or take forever to do so. The system I ordered did not come with everything it advertised, in this case the cigarette lighter attachments. The system advertises it will be play mp4 videos from SD or USB and the system I received will not.

Im very happy with the headrests. It matches the leather of my car. I love how everything looks and the DVD is very friendly use. I just love it! (And my gaughter too)

Worst company ever! Headrest posts screw into plastic parts that brake real easily if a kid pulls on the headrest or your head is thrown back into it, the formatting sucks, the remote controls are cheap and difficult to use, and there is no customer service no one gets back to you if you have a problem... this company and there product SUCKS!

I purchased a set of 10" headrest DVD players to keep my kids entertained on long road trips. I ordered on a Monday and received my order on Friday. When I opened the box, I noticed that one of the wiring components (Add a fuse) was missing. I sent them a message Friday evening, not expecting to get a response until Monday. However, they replied to my message later that night and shipped the missing part right out. I would buy from Onfair.com again.

After 6 months of ownership, both DVD units are dead. OnFair offered no support or possibility of exchange/refund. Extremely dissapointed with lack of customer service and support

Be aware of this web site! Headrest doesn't match their web site's description. Contacted them n times, never respond! Return is not an option. Exchange is also not a choice. I'm stuck! Worst experience ever!

Our Caravan came with a dual video system. 2 OEM IR headsets. Our Grand kids increased to 5 and the "Kids" liked using the head sets. PROBLEM. The OEM are not well suited for youngsters. I came upon AUTOTAIN IR Cloud KIDS headsets, reasonable priced. I ordered 2. They worked perfectly with our system BUT, we had another problem... The youngest popped out the ear pad and I needed to replace the pad. I was awed when I contacted Onfair and they actually had replacements! Most places these days don't have parts! I got in touch with"Brandon" and he resolved my problem. He actually knew when and where I bought the headsets! St Class customer service. SO RARE TODAY. Now when we travel with all 5 G Kids THEY ALL WANT THE AUTOTAIN headsets. Guess I have to buy more.
I would recommend these as good headsets and the kids love them. AND if you have a problem the are easy to reach and offer 1st class service. I see these as a great value for the price and service they give! Thanks Brandon... YOU ROCK!
