I have had a similar experience. Money taken out of my account immediately but still have not received the goods. The US telephone numbers are disconnected or not in service and no response to the many emails. Wish I'd seen this site before I bought. I too think it's a scam

Order never arrived. No response to hundreds of emails sent to them. Customer service telphone number given is a recorded message in Swedish. This appears to be a scam.
This site is a joke. My order of 85 pound came after 7 weeks. I wanted to send it back. It said on the box to send it back in 7 days to get a refund.(obviously not gunna get back 2 sweden in 7 days as it took 7 weeks to come so no chance of a refund. Emailed them loads of times got no reply. And rang the customer number it was a recorded msg in swedish. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM.
Never by a product from this company because you pay and in the end you do not get the products or the money back.
