Slightly confused about the e-ticket. Had to scroll through the long emailed confirmed booking/ticket pages to find numbers concerning our e-tickets. It's not obviously at the forefront of the email. It really should be. They need a NZ office, with NZ numbers.

I use One Travel once a year to book my Fort Myers trip. Never had a problem.

Had to travel from trinidad w. I. to manchester england and needed the most cost effective solution. Comparing it with all the others expedia, cheapoair, google flights etc. One travel gave the the best route and had no trouble connecting through JFK using 2 airlines. Site was easy to use and got an extra savings with a promo code that was a plus. Lots of filters which I used and I felt like a travel agent. Would definetely use again and recommend.

Efficient however I was caught off guard in relation to the pricing ….thought I was paying $2500 but charged $3500….provided a false sense of security. Will know better next time. Everything else was user friendly.

If you open a new window to look into something then the search here times out and you have to start over. Charging $14.95 to choose seats is ridiculous.

It is more helpful if we can see the actual price because it depends to US dollar and bank conversion rate

So far so good. Booked trip in Oct 2022, flight not until end of March 2023. There have been a few complications, but customer service is very helpful. The people are sometimes a little hard to understand with the Indian accent, but its manageable. It's understandable booking trips so far in advance, that flights plans can change. No worries, as long as I get where I want, it is comfortable and its does not take long.

The system is insisting on putting the state which is only USA when making booking. If we put other countries its refusing to proceed

The same as previous visits. Although it did not save my previous bonus points. Also, points are only for hotels. I would like airlines.

A good and easy platform to navigate. The insurance options should be explained earlier for easy choice.

It's extremely frustrating that the industry has evolved into this bait and switch sort of pricing. What started as a ticket under 200 ended up costing almost 600. It's outrageous.

First time I'm using One travel. So far all good. Hoping everything will go smooth until the travel and the return day.

I found the experience OK. They don't t tell you till you pay that it in US dollars.

Found out that if I went to Air China and booked direct the price of the flight would have been less expensive

Quick and easy. Would have given 5 stars except, it was not
Clear at time of booking if the price was in US or Canadian dollars. I have since learned it is US, which makes a difference but I have decided to proceed with the booking.
