You lie and steal, why can I not make any changes or cancellations? Your bot system goes on an endless loop to avoid addressing the issue and your "travel experts" can't even manage to do even one thing aside delay further. This whole experience has left me feeling like this company is a total scam. I'm having my bank cancel your charge and issue a fraud claim.

I liked the price, but then once we booked the tickets, little things like booking your seats together with your companion cost $12 dollars per seat, per flight, per person! So for one person one way, that's an extra $36! Then they wanted that on the way back as well! Such a rip off! That would be a standard included perk on probably any other site, definitely if you book with the airline.

I successfully booked a ticket on my last travel and it worked well for me. The pricing is also comparatively better. You can find a good deal on OneTravel any day.
Very impressive. This the first time in my life I ever do any booking online and this gives me a lot of confidents in terms of easy to manage and information given are very easy to understand. To be honest, I am not an expert of this but thank you for making this easier for me personally.

I don't like that I was charged an authorization hold. I'm told I was charged double what I was quoted because of a change made to reservations. The change was made while I was on the phone booking with the agent. It does not make sense to me and I need my money. I don't like that policy. Now I'm told I have to wait 3-5 or 7-14 business days to see my money returned to my account!

Too many charges nit included in fare. No free bags including a charge for Carry on is absurd and ridiculous. By the time you pay for all the extras it is cheaper and better to fly another airline. The advertising of cheap fates is deceptive at least.

Some airlines are now charging for things that used to be included in the ticket costs, such as seats and baggage. These are airline rules that we, as an agency, have to abide by.
Took too long to book and, I encounter a few hiccups thru booking, when stated all over and in every negative response for this booking the price was higher and higher, next time I'll will consider a different website for my booking. FYI Sprint has a very rude and unprofessional stuff members working for this airline! As I said, FYI
The airlines want to nickel and dime you to death! "Bargain" fees for the flight soon jump in price with additional fees for baggage (more than the "bargain" fares!), fees to select your seat, fees to cover changes in case of mechanical or weather problems, etc. And some sales agent just called and tried to talk me into more expense by adding some sort of flight protection in case of problems, which I'm pretty sure I just signed up for already when I booked the flights. Glad we don't have to fly any more than we do!

I had 2 conversations with agents regarding a ticket issued with the incorrect name that didn't go well, customer service was poor. The third call resulted in satisfaction.
I haven't booked one yet, but so far most of the reviews are wrong, they picked up immediately and confirmed the price and that this isn't a scam, I didn't have to waait 30 mins, they picked up and were kind. I didn't hear any Indian accent either
