So I ordered from this "business" a couple of weeks back, paid by PayPal and everything went though. My PayPal showed as payment sent and completed.

Nothing happens. Wait a few days and nothing showing on the tracking, I email the company. They replied saying that PayPal has put a hold on the payment (which was true - it was the standard 21 day hold that they put on when they think a company might not deliver an item a buyer purchased) - they implied I was acting fraudulently and I needed to send FOUR different pieces of ID to them (Identity theft anyone?)

Various emails were passed back and forth, in the end they said they would refund me and it would take 3 - 5 business days (even though it takes minutes to issue a PayPal refund)

I opened a claim with PayPal "just in case" and each day I sent a new message through the PayPal resolution panel asking for my refund. They did not reply to any of them.

After day 7 I escalated the claim through PayPal for them to investigate, and 7 days later this "business" (I use the term loosely, scammers is more appropriate) have not responded to the claim.

In fact One Stop Shop Corp claim not to have received ANY emails from PayPal, even though at least 7 must have been sent.

Well this will be resolved soon by PayPal - my point is this: Avoid this business at all costs and you will surely get a peaceful night's sleep.
