Oneshop

I bought a bubble gum that is supposed to make bubbles with smoke inside. I waited months to revive and instead I got an INCREDIBLY CHEAP bubble gun that barely works let alone makes any smoke. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. I disputed on PayPal and went back and forth with the seller. They refused to refund me the whole amount unless I returned their crap product THAT I DID NOT WANT! Horrible experience please do not purchase anything from them!

I joined Poshmark 22 months ago after seeing their ad on TV. It was a part-time gig I did in the evenings or my day off from my full-time job and I enjoyed it so much that I was looking forward to retiring in a couple of years so I could resell online full-time. About 9 months later, my legs would begin to fail me and I lost my job. I am so thankful I had heard about Oneshop, a service I could hire to "share my closet, return likes and follows and even send offers to shoppers that had liked an item I had listed for sale. Oneshop has been so rewarding and has surpassed every expectation I ever had for a helper with my online closet. Oneshop has given me the confidence and availability to cross-list to other platforms ~ A+ Service!@laineyslane

Beware, they will lie, give you the run around, do millions of testing with the app that never works, collect full price 45/month, refuse to refund, censor you on social media and disable comments, ignore frustrated customers. If you want to waste your money get with oneshop.

They have a great product, BUT they have so many issues and their Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I have had an issue since January and I am still waiting on them to fix it! They give the run around and every time I contact them it's like they never heard of my issue and and we are starting from day one... or "they are working on it". FIX THE PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU MAKE NEW SERVICES!

Ordered a pool that was supposed to come with a pump filter hoses etc - all they delivered was the pool - after lodging a complaint they jerked me around with lame excuses before claiming their advertisement was a mistake - made a lame compensation offer which was a joke and refused to deliver the items they advertised- they have ruined Christmas for the kids and I still have no resolution to the issue- worst experience ever!

For anyone still using oneshop, check to see they are actualy sharing and arent duplicating your solds. I had stayed using them solely bc of the app and depop crosslisting. Yesterday was the 3rd time the last year that when I looked at all my listings over 30 weren't shared in over 24 hours and more than half of my 1900 item closet was only shared once a day. They have no explanation for this happening and yesterday they took 12 hours to answer and were asking me to not share any of those listings so they could "troubleshoot". So I ended up canceling. I also found MULTIPLE listings on poshmark a few mercari that were duplicates and relisted sold items. This has also happened with them before and so it obviously isn't fixed. Since I canceled my closet activity has tripled and I woke up to 3 sales already after the last few months being terribly slow regardless of my listing 300+ new items monthly. Just an FYI if you use them to check your listings. They also only prorated me the rest of the month which is literally 5 days despite the fact this has taken me hours to fix, and I still have to finish double checking all my listings now.
